To begin with, I want to say that looking through the reviews of even the most luxurious hotels, I found a lot of negative things there. So if you are going to relax at the hotel for the first time, divide all the reviews "by 33". My husband and I went to Turkey for the second time and already knew what it was important for us to get from the rest and from the hotel. But as a result, we also received a pleasant bonus.
So, all problems with the settlement can be solved in a second (15-20 dollars in the passport work wonders). You can demand, swear, make international scandals, but why spoil precious minutes of rest, and most importantly your own nerves? Any person is pleased when you come to his house, you give a gift. If you don't want to give money, bring a gift.
I would like to say separately about the territory of the hotel. A lot of greenery, thoughtful architecture and placement of vital facilities (pool bar, restaurant, etc. ) Indeed, almost all rooms have sea views.

The sea is unusually beautiful, gentle, moderately warm. Very salty, so who likes to dive - take glasses. By the way, there are a lot of fish, which are also entertaining to watch. There is a beach, but it was more convenient for me to enter the sea from the pontoon, especially since the depth there is small - you can freely swim with the children.
The food is very tasty and varied. There is something to feed the children. In general, in seven days I did not have time to try everything. Again, if someone from the "four" hotel is waiting for lobsters or suckling pigs, then you will be disappointed. I advise you to compare the price with expectations.
Here are the minuses, I would attribute poor sound insulation in the rooms and a slightly outdated sewerage system (on the territory, in the immediate vicinity of the toilets, you can sometimes hear characteristic smells). But if these two shortcomings are eliminated, then the hotel can safely be assigned a "five". Because I didn't find any other flaws. Again, I expected the worst. And given that not all "fives" have their own beach on the first line (or you need to cross the road, or across the bridge, etc. ), then I was pleasantly surprised that after walking 30-40 meters along the beautiful territory of the hotel, you can be on the beach. The staff is very friendly and decent, always ready to help (they are happy to tip, but they will help just like that). Very sociable and smiling people, and if you do not give a reason, then no one will pester you "dirty".
In general, I liked the hotel, and the region is more European than the Antalya coast, and there is much more greenery. I will gladly go there again.
