We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit a new region of Turkey. The price of the tour approached us, and we settled on it.
Bought through Annex Tour. A room from the Eco Room category (these are buildings completed near the main building. They are cheaper than Standard rooms, since the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the room is smaller. Ours was approximately 10-12 sq. m. , the balcony is ordinary, even caught with a sea view. Everything is in the room The location of the Eco buildings is very convenient, close to the pools, the sea, the main restaurant, bars. There is also an Annex room - they are located across the road from the main building, go further, and there is no full balcony, just a French balcony). I emphasize that when they give you a room, pay attention that you like everything and that everything is in working order, since we were placed in a room on the day of arrival, where, as it turned out, there were problems with the lock and air conditioning (we slept all night with with the door open and the air conditioner turned on, which blew directly into the head and did not turn off), but the next day we asked to change the room, and they gave us another one without any problems.
At the expense of food - everything is the same as in hotels of this level - an abundance of food, drinks and snacks. You won't be left hungry.

The territory is large and well-groomed, although there are many vacationers, but there were no problems with places on the beach and by the pool.
Now for what we didn't like:
1. The staff does not speak or understand Russian (Google translator is helpful. But keep in mind that Wi-Fi is good to catch only at the reception.
2. There is nothing to see outside the hotel and there is no place to walk.
3. And the most important!! ! Do not have any dealings with the guide from Annexes!!!!!! ! Her name is Anna, a very sweet girl at first glance, but as soon as you need at least some help, don't count on her!!!
Soars excursions, which can be bought through animators in the same hotel and are much cheaper; does not help with relocation; lies at every turn, and gives false information. I categorically do not recommend going on an excursion to Dalyan, you will lose the whole day and 55 dollars per person, and the real cost of the excursion is a maximum of 20 dollars. and keep in mind that you will spend a total of 8 hours on the bus. In no case do not agree to excursions from guides, overpay twice!
But in principle, I really liked the hotel, service, entertainment, food - excellent
