I want to leave a review about the hotel where I stayed from 10.08. 2021 -19.08. 2021
I'll start with the positives that I would like to note:
- chic fish dinners in a restaurant with sea bass and dorado, fresh vegetables. Dinner from the hotel is really treated at the highest level and the chefs deserve attention
-good food (there is enough food, you will not go hungry)
-clean transparent sea (despite the fact that the sea is cold even in August, it is transparent, clean, the beach area is looked after, lawns are watered, sunbeds are folded)
-disinfection (the hotel has all the necessary disinfectants, give out masks, keep a distance)
Minuses:
- when checking into the annex room (room on the 3rd line), the room was dirty, the dirty toilet was not removed, they asked the reception to fix the situation, they were in no hurry to help us, it was aesthetically unpleasant, we had to beg for help for 2 days, after which they washed it with displeasure

-when checking into a hotel and choosing a room, managers have the audacity to take money for the best room, they write the amount in euros on a piece of paper in order to live in the central building, prices are from 60 to 100 euros additionally, without giving this amount they settle in an annex room far, far away , although the cost of the tour is already very high in order to still pay extra money. After settling in, they didn’t even say where you can find food to eat after a long journey, they gave you a card and go look for your number
- lack of toilet paper (with the cost of the tour 45.000 UAH, begging for toilet paper is somehow wild, they brought 1 roll for 2 people, which is not enough, I had to come up a couple of times and ask
- the waiters at the distribution of food are greedy (they impose much more portions on their local Turks, they feel sorry for Ukrainians and Russians)
- dangerous roads near the hotel (you can go outside the hotel, but there is not a single sidewalk, it is easy to get hit by a car. Cars rush at high speed and do not stop
-few towels in the room (for two people only 2 towels and 1 for feet, I had to beg extra)
- on the beach near the sun loungers there are garbage cans (very many wasps, you can pick up garbage more often)
- noisy from the road at night (in the annex room you can constantly hear the movement of cars on the road and often the stench from the sewer)
- the lighting in the rooms is weak - you definitely won’t read at night
-entertainment program is almost non-existent, apparently due to covid
- the tiles by the pool are slippery, the foot can go, water is often spilled, slipped twice
- after interviewing most of the acquaintances with whom they rested at the hotel, no one wants to go there again
