Hello! We stayed at the hotel as a group of four: two children and two adults. There were no problems with the settlement, they did not even wait. We arrived, filled out the questionnaire, got the number, went to dinner. The room, however, is small (double). They did not believe that two more beds would fit there. But when they came back from dinner, everything was ready: they laid out an armchair and brought a cot with a mattress. It even turned out cozy.
In the bathroom in the sink and in the bathroom itself there are very problematic drain plugs that do not open when turned. They suffered for a long time, managed to open it only with the help of a suction cup from a children's toy)). I will disappoint those who like to take soap and shower gel with them as souvenirs. Here liquid soap and liquid shampoo are poured into boxes against the wall.
The food is ok, but no berries. Watermelons three times a day, in the evening they still give melons. Ice cream is delicious and varied.
There are practically no Russians, there are a lot of Poles. Accordingly, the languages present are Polish, Turkish. Everyone communicates with each other in English. Show in the evening in English and Turkish. There is no Russian-speaking animator in the mini club. Children have trouble communicating. But the animation is good. Animators work constantly. And outwardly they are very attractive, pleasing to the eye. ))) All the staff are very polite and friendly.
The sea is clean, transparent, you can see the fish. Nobody bites or stings. Swimming is nice. There are a few stones at the entrance to the sea, but you can get around them on the sand. Free, no one pushes.
The territory of the hotel is small, at first we were upset about this. But then we realized that this has advantages. Everything is close by, you don't have to go far. From the beach you can hear music in calm.
