I deliberately waited for time in order to cool down and not write a review with foul language ...although it will still be difficult to find normal words.

We were really looking forward to the rest, I read a lot of positive reviews and, without a drop of doubt behind my soul, we bought a tour to this hotel for the family (me, husband and 3-year-old child). That's just not the task - it turned out that rest in late September - early October is no longer considered the "season" among the Turks, and, as it turned out, they were already "very tired", as the Join Up guide personally told me already in place. It is this that justifies the terrible dirt, neglect and territory, and the number, and the lack of service as such in general. The most annoying thing is that after making inquiries with the locals, they found out that even before mid-September everything was just super, and the food, and the service, and cleanliness, and then they just scored, for everything ..........

Came with a 3 year old child to the hotel. No one, of course, was in a hurry to settle.
The most vivid impression of the rest is that the hotel was full of srach .....unmeasured scale, and everywhere: in the room, in the dining room (mountains of dishes on the table, spilled food / drinks on the floor - so that you understand this, everything was not cleaned on the fact of pollution, and then, at the end of the meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner), i. e. , coming at the end - a spectacle not for the faint of heart), in a cafe, but throughout the territory in general. On the day of check-in, they forced us to quarrel because they tried to put us in a room of a worse category than we bought out. She said right away that we would not pay anything in principle. When I started to figure it out, the Turks at the reception blamed everything on the mistake of the tour operators (Kyiv and local - Join Up - the latter is a separate story), and the next day the tour operator on arrival blamed everything on the electronic booking system ...in general, you can’t find the end, they are all there cunning.
They agreed to spend the night in the proposed room, and then it all started: they went in, and they didn’t clean it for three years. Hair, dust, small lumps of earth on the floor. In 2 hours I went to the reception 5 times, but no one came to clean it, only promises. In general, I could not stand it and let them shit so much that they were going to call the police there. The general manager came running, I told him by the ear and into the room, in general, to immediately remove it, he personally, or the staff, who couldn’t get there in any way ........And, lo and behold, it happened ....a dude came with a vacuum cleaner ! And a mop! And removed! True, I sobbed because of a nervous breakdown, but they also got theirs ...The fact that there was mold in the bathroom, and in the room the wallpaper from the walls moved away from all angles, this their chief manager could not explain anything intelligible to me ...
The next day, they moved to the redeemed room, which was three times larger, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea, without any unpleasant nuances.

True, not at 10 o’clock, as the Join Up agent promised, but at 3 days (these agents hang noodles there too, they say one thing, then “we didn’t say this, ” or “you didn’t understand us”). In general, the devils are still those.

There was no children's food, it has already been canceled, because again it is "out of season". It was a very "cool" cheesecake. There was nothing to feed the baby, and there was nothing to eat either, or rather dumb - sausage from the toile. paper or peppered or salted chicken, or overly sweet rice porridge. A bunch of flies that flew over food also did not inspire confidence ...They ate vegetables and apples. What pleased me was ice cream, real, insanely delicious. Of the drinks - those that ran out - were no longer replenished, so here's the all-inclusive ...

What saved our miserable stay in this miserable place was the sea, insanely clean! The concept of the hotel, by the way, really liked, and a lot of plants. and the design as a whole, and compactness - if all this is still removed .....there would be no price!
Now about the Join Up agent - a chants-girl arrived, and immediately began to read me that I raised a kipish here and how much I offended the poor Turks. I had no words...... T. That is, before meeting with me, they complained that I forced them to raise and move the 5th point, and she also rushed to protect the poor things ....in general, I also let her ask * to be disrespectful. I don’t know now since when did travel agencies defend the interests of sleazy and sloppy hotel employees, and not vacationers ...it’s a mystery to me to this day.

In general, the conclusion is this: in the velvet season in Bodrum, not naked, because everyone there is "already very tired. " And this applies not only to this 4-star hotel, but also to 5-star ones (as we found out on the spot and from vacationers from 5-star hotels). For the Turks, this is a full siesta period, and no matter how many people are in the hotel (and we had it packed), how much you paid, they are already just TIRED........... .
