There are no Russian speakers in the hotel, only a guide who comes there from 10-12 hours. On this I had to explain on my fingers. Closer to 12 a scandal erupted at the reception desk. parents with infants began to resent that foreigners who arrived much later than us were already being settled....At 13 hours they began to issue rooms. If you don’t find fault with the little things, the room is good... The watering can and the hose in the shower were brought within 10 minutes, surprisingly new (they weren’t there at all))) probably stolen). The hair dryer and refrigerator were replaced within 3 days, most likely from other rooms, they even came to wash it. 15 days before our arrival, they broke the konalyugu..... the stench was present closer to the sea... I don’t know how people lived there !!! ! On the third day, something similar to a childish surprise floated in the pool, we decided - it’s better at sea ??????????? ?... there are not enough sunbeds . . tables for lunch too. The trouble with the air conditioners on the recashine and in the canteen is that they can’t see it’s hot ???? . The dishes are not washed, and a lot of chipped. You can say no fruit. Watermelon all the time. Melon for 12 days was given 2 times. Peaches, too, 2 rascha-it was not possible to eat grapes once. Another minus... they don’t throw out the old salads, but mix them with the new ones - they came across with rotten...... Animation can be said no. Everything is in Turkish... even music. No discos, no entertainment. The beach is stupidly pier and sun loungers....which are few.
Now about how the guide and the Turks behaved during the earthquake on July 21....at 6.7 points. At 1.30 at night..... we were stupidly left without any information. Those who were in cars began to leave immediately... the rest, everyone except the Russians were provided with at least some conditions and explanations on the street..... The guide did not answer our calls and messages, people were in a panic, moreover, we they also turned off the light on the street. we interfered with sleeping on the street for those who arranged places......

This hotel is not worth the money.
We have been and know many places.
Children will be bored there....there is a tiny pen for children, but I know what other hotels have...
