I have no idea who writes positive reviews about THIS? The second time in Turkey, after last year's four-star hotel in Avsallar (Injekum Su) was just an aesthetic SHOCK.
"Rested" 07/02/2018-07/08/2018
1. The rooms are dirty, the toilet with rusty stains, the towels have not been changed once in a week, the floors have not been washed. They settled in a room with four beds, and a day later the extra beds were taken away, and the linen from them was simply thrown into the corner of the room. Removed just a day later.
2. There are no toilets near the beach. There is in the pool area (the light does not work in the cabins) and next to the dining room (one sink, and next to it there is a hole), a toilet bowl with rusty drips, the dirtiest floor.
3. Tubes, napkins are lying around the pool, and it's just dirty! Once, a mountain of plastic bottles was piled up near the water slide. I'll attach a photo.
4. There are not enough sun loungers, half of them are broken, with leaky mattresses, dirty.

5. The beach is a different story, it is impossible to get to the hotel's beach, because there are not enough sunbeds (citizens just throw towels on them, like they are busy, and go about their business). Access to the sea - either narrow slippery stone steps, or stairs from the pier. Some go to the dilapidated beach of another hotel (the former Ora), which at least has a normal descent to the water.
6. The food is not bad, but monotonous, mostly chicken, no red meat. There were fish a couple of times. From fruits, apples, plums, watermelon, oranges were given several times. The tablecloths are dirty, the forks are already on the table (and sometimes not), the plates are chipped.
7. I don’t presume to judge the quality of alcohol, but they pour it into some kind of terrible plastic glasses with burrs, which then lie all over the territory until the staff realizes that they have nothing to pour drinks into. A decent glass of wine can only be taken in the dining room, but more often they are poured into some grandmother's mugs with flowers.
8. The staff is unfriendly, but they try to please a couple of boys in the dining room, well done, but basically everyone has sour faces. There are no badges, it is not clear who to call. There is a Russian-speaking aunt at the reception, angry and always uptight. The guy from the animation team, when making claims about the quality of service, said: "What did you want from 4 *? If you don't like it, go to the Hilton! " In the evening, all the staff go to the beach, smoke, make noise and relax on sun loungers on site, no subordination.
9. The list of services at the reception is incorrect, there is no catamaran and live music, beach towels are changed from 9 to 11 am (the leaflet says until 20 pm). There seems to be a children's room, but I didn't see anyone there. There really are tennis courts - with holes in the nets under the scorching sun.
10. There is no market or shops near the territory. If you want a good beach and delicious fruits, go to Bodrum (7 minutes by minibus from the hotel).
11. At the exit to the sea, it smelled like hell of sewerage, but people lived nearby in houses.

Judging by the reviews of those who rested with us, no one was satisfied. We were also lucky that we had a refrigerator, toilet and air conditioning in our room. Many do not have this happiness. In general, not a hotel, but a clean water sump and money thrown to the wind.
