We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 pm. Immediately issued bracelets and sent to lunch. Upon arrival at the reception, we were already given cards. Room. . . 1st floor, balcony with access to the bar. To be honest, we did not go to sit in the room. The shower was broken but they fixed it for us. The light was not everywhere, air conditioning, TV worked. We didn't see any cleanliness. Cleaned every day, but poorly. Because of this, the room seemed a little "outdated". Towels "to put it mildly" survived their own.
The hotel grounds are poorly maintained, in my opinion. The pools are cleaned, but for example the bridge over the pool was broken. There were not always enough sun loungers. Lots of broken ones, terrible mattresses. We managed to go to sea only in the last days. Since it was stormy, and the entry into the sea is stone.
Staff: few people speak English, I am silent about Russian. Animation is just zero. Every evening the same music, and some competitions for children (in Turkish). Very boring! In the afternoon I saw a couple of times how they played darts. Everything! Every evening the animators offered to go to the disco. But not every day you want to go somewhere (to the suburbs) and return at 3-4 in the morning). I just wanted to at least sit at the bar, listen to good music, but alas.

The kitchen looks great! There was fish and chicken, a lot of different salads, dishes, side dishes. Desserts for 5. Fruits watermelons, plums, peaches, grapes. There was enough. Alcohol is normal. Brewed tea and coffee from the machine, juices, water at any time of the day. I also liked the Turkish coffee. Went on 5 tours. We took from the guide anexa-Alice. In principle, everyone liked it, except for the island of Kos. It’s a scam, we didn’t see anything like that, we just spent a lot of time on customs control. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking administrator at the reception, who worked in the evening, always helped in any matters. And the staff (bar, dining room, manager Shaheen. Very attentive and friendly). Conclusion: boring, dirty... but you can relax. I would like the hotel management to put things in order, because it seems that no one is watching him.
