Stayed with a friend for 7 days. We really liked it! And now in order.
1) Settlement. We arrived at about 12.30, the room was promised at 14. We went for lunch, walked around the territory. At 14 they took the key, but there was no one to take us there. One porter, who clearly could not cope with such an influx of guests. We decided to do without him, we found the room ourselves, went in, looked, everything was great, returned to the reception and brought our bags. We lived in the 1st building, far from the sea, but close to the reception. Quiet, calm, there is a balcony - just what we need. With us at the reception, one woman refused the room, said that it stinks of sewerage and she will not live there. And indeed there was a house on the way to the sea, near it the smell was not pleasant.
2) Nutrition. We liked. The cakes are insanely delicious. As for the rest - there was not much variety, but everyone can find something to their taste.

3) Sea. Pier and stones. It is inconvenient to enter from the shore. 2 piers. Loungers were often not enough. BUT only because of the comrades who just occupied the sunbeds and left. Radishes! But we were not particularly upset, we threw things on the pier, and laid towels there (you can take cards on them at the reception for a deposit of $ 10, and then change the towels, in general it was not a pity to dump them in the sand) and went for a swim
4) Entertainment. There is animation near the pool. The animators spoke Turkish, Italian and English. In Ora there was a Russian girl animator. In the evening in Are there were various events in the amphitheater, we went to karaoke and Turkish night. From Ora in the evening they took us to the city to a disco, I'm not sure if every evening, we didn't go. There is no place to walk around the neighborhood, only a hotel or go to the city
5) Excursions. On the first day, go to Gumbet in the hammam (taken from your guide from Tez-tour), I liked it very much. We went in the evening, besides us there were 3 more girls, so there were no crowds. After the hammam, as if on wings. We went to the fortress in Bodrum on our own, from the hotel there is a minibus 2 dollars / person or 3 lira (I don’t recommend changing money at the hotel, the exchange rate is very unfavorable, it’s better to do it in the city), further from the bus station on foot for 5-10 minutes and we are there, the fortress itself is open somewhere from 8.30 to 18.30, the cost is 20 liras (payment only in liras! ), At lunchtime, some halls are closed from tourists. We also went to Pamukkale. They took it to the Tez-tour (in the city it was possible to take it from the locals 2 times cheaper, but we did not risk it). We were picked up from the hotel at 6 am, brought back at 8 pm. The group was very small - 10 people, so we traveled by minibus and quite quickly. We were delivered for 15 minutes to a textile factory (expensive) and another 20 minutes for wine tasting and a souvenir shop, in Pamukkale itself they gave us 3.5 hours of free time, it was enough for us to walk along the mountain, and swim in the Cleopatra pool and look at amphitheater
6) Unpleasant moments. Before the trip to Pamukkale, our guide ordered us a lunch box at the reception, but in the morning they completely forgot about us, the boy at the reception just shrugged his shoulders to my question, said that he had nothing and no one told him. Like this.

We met our compatriots, who simply had a lot of complaints about the hotel - the beach is not like that, and the food is not tasty, and the waiters are not smiling radiantly enough.
Don't let the little things ruin your vacation! Have a great mood and a wonderful holiday in Bodrum!
