In general, the rest was pleasant, everything went perfectly. But the hotel was very disappointing, namely its cleanliness. The atmosphere in the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly, the food is good and tasty, but the room turned out to be dirty upon check-in, while the administrator pretends to understand, but does not react in any way. Cleaning is not done not only in the rooms, but also on the territory of the hotel. All 5 days of our stay in the corridor of the hotel there were watermelon skins, cigarette butts, dirty dishes and garbage from the rooms (photo attached) - no reaction from the staff. All this by the end of the week was accompanied by an unpleasant odor. We understood perfectly well that the hotel was not 5 stars, but elementary cleaning should still be present.
