Guests are not particularly welcome here, even Turkish ones, since the owner and staff are Kurds. there is nothing except soda and vodka, we read reviews about 5-rooms in Didim and were surprised that they have exactly the same problems as our 3-star hotel, so we don’t know how Coral Travel and Quadra can sell tours to Didim, compared to other regions of Turkey, a very low level of service.

I chose according to the description on the sites of tour operators and booking. Too bad no one is responsible for this information. Room cleaning 1 time upon arrival. There is no change of linen and towels. Dining room without its own kitchen - imported food, three meals a day, portioned. Distributors without gloves and headgear.

There are no umbrellas by the pool, there is no animation, there are no Russian channels, the public beach is dirty, the toilets on the beach are paid on the municipal and are absent on the wild. The staff speaks only Turkish, including the management. The city is crowded with domestic tourists, dirty and expensive. ODEON employees - the meeting party - offered to change the hotel, paying for accommodation for 100% of the cost in another. Tours are expensive and of very poor quality. The employees of Quadra Tour - the sending party - apologized for the unverified quality of the hotel for ruining the vacation and said that I chose it myself. From my point of view, the resort of Didim and all its hotels (according to the reviews of people on excursions) do not correspond to the declared star rating and should be closed to Russian tourists primarily because of unsanitary conditions. Dear tourists, stay away from this place.
