As a result, they gave us one room (although we bought 2 rooms), the other was told that they would allocate it in 2 days, because the hotel is packed. We are not conflict people, so we kept silent, took the keys and went, decided not to spoil our mood. They helped us to convey things, but he did not react friendly to the tip, he was so skewed that I began to feel embarrassed, such an impression, that I offended him. The first room we had was normal (as for such an old hotel), with the exception of the air conditioner, which was repaired for us for 4 whole days: every day we went and asked them to fix it for us, the master who works in the hotel came talk every day l that the air conditioner is working normally (although it only blew hot air), as a result, on the 4th day we were called by the air conditioning service, which simply refueled it and it immediately began to work, why it was impossible to call them right away. He immediately went to the reception, where they shrugged and said that everything would be repaired, but no one asked for an apology and did not change our number, first aid was provided only after we insisted on it (in the end, they just disinfected the wound, which we did without them in the first place), the leg was swollen, we naturally called the insurance company, they took my husband, they took an x-ray, they prescribed ointment, painkillers, and they told me to wrap the leg tightly. constantly reminded, in the end they just glued it back, the stench of their glue was unbearable, we came to them again to change the room, but that they said that the sink was repaired and you can now sleep there. Now holidays in Turkey are closed for my family, we will not go here again.
