We went on vacation and understood that this vacation was an economical option, but we didn’t think that it would be so much (((I’ll start in order... We arrived early in the morning, it took about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to the hotel, we were settled for a long time, the rooms were waiting for about 5 hours, they said that there were no rooms, although the Turks arrived and immediately settled them, and we were waiting with 2 small children. As a result, they gave us one room (although we bought 2 rooms), the other was told that they would allocate it in 2 days, because the hotel is packed. We are not conflict people, so we kept silent, took the keys and went, decided not to spoil our mood. They helped us to convey things, but he did not react friendly to the tip, he was so skewed that I began to feel embarrassed, such an impression, that I offended him. The first room we had was normal (as for such an old hotel), with the exception of the air conditioner, which was repaired for us for 4 whole days: every day we went and asked them to fix it for us, the master who works in the hotel came talk every day l that the air conditioner is working normally (although it only blew hot air), as a result, on the 4th day we were called by the air conditioning service, which simply refueled it and it immediately began to work, why it was impossible to call them right away. On the 3rd day of rest, we were given a second room, it was terrible ((((in the bathroom above the shower there is a huge hole in the ceiling, the drain tank in the toilet did not work, my husband decided to turn on the tap and then, to our great disappointment, an injury was added, a heavy shell falls on his leg. He immediately went to the reception, where they shrugged and said that everything would be repaired, but no one asked for an apology and did not change our number, first aid was provided only after we insisted on it (in the end, they just disinfected the wound, which we did without them in the first place), the leg was swollen, we naturally called the insurance company, they took my husband, they took an x-ray, they prescribed ointment, painkillers, and they told me to wrap the leg tightly. constantly reminded, in the end they just glued it back, the stench of their glue was unbearable, we came to them again to change the room, but that they said that the sink was repaired and you can now sleep there. Le constant showdown they gave us a number. and these are just numbers ((((and if the shell fell on a child ((((
Now about the territory of the hotel: the territory itself is cozy, but requires strong care, especially cleaning. Garbage is everywhere: in the pool, around the pool, on the beach, in the sea, in the restaurant - in general, everywhere. The beach was probably cleaned in the last century. The beds are broken and dirty. And even this junk, in order to occupy it, you need to wake up at 6 in the morning and it will already be difficult (near the pool, just the same) (((Children in this hotel have nothing to do: the animation appeared somewhere on the 3rd or 4th day, and then after complaints from vacationers ( and then it was for Turkish children - the animators spoke English with great difficulty), they made a disco for children for 10-15 minutes. For 10 days of rest, the concert was once, on the last day, they brought some kind of dancer, danced 2 dances and Once they arranged a competition, again for the Turks, since the service staff do not know languages. I wonder: Are we not people ? , we pay more and get nothing for it. How can you hire such incompetent people I also have complaints about food, from fruits there were only melon, then watermelon. To eat, you need to leave the beach early in order to be in time for the opening of the restaurant, because: whoever is late will stand in line for 40-60 minutes and may stay hungry. The restaurant is very dirty, the dishes are dirty, at first I was indignant at then there are no mugs and glasses, that there are disposable cups, but then I realized that it would be better if the plates were disposable. There are no words for toilets at all - THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! ! UNSANITATION!! ! DIRT!!! ! OUT!!!!
I wonder who could write a good review, probably only those who are interested in selling this hotel!! ! We rested in many countries, we have not seen such horror anywhere else. Now holidays in Turkey are closed for my family, we will not go here again. Even my son said that the rest was terrible, although we went here for the sake of the children, they said that it was very good for children here.
