I have rested in Turkey many times in different regions and different hotels, but for the first time I am writing a negative review. I am an unpretentious tourist, I don’t make any special demands on hotels, but I have never seen such an attitude anywhere. It started with placement. There were 5 of us, among them two elderly people and a 3-year-old child. We have booked 2 rooms. They asked to give them not far from each other (in advance, before the start of the trip, they wrote an application). They gave rooms at completely opposite ends of the hotel, and one of them is generally outside the hotel (those who were there know. It's across the road, numbers for 7 .. ). Moreover, the telephones in the rooms did not work in order to somehow keep in touch with each other.

There was no air conditioning in the room where the child was. As a result, having suffered through the night, after a small scandal, the number was replaced. All the rooms are dead, it is impossible to sleep on the beds. After such a rest, back problems began.

For all 7 days the rooms were not cleaned ONE TIME! The towels weren't changed. We were given only two bath (yellow-gray) towels for 3 people, and that's it. Toilet paper was taken from the carts of cleaners, who were abandoned all over the territory. In my opinion, the rooms were cleaned only after the tenants left. We sometimes took out the garbage, and once they just pulled a bag of garbage out of a bucket and threw it right there on the floor. I had to take it out myself.

Much has already been said about food. You will not be hungry if you are ready to eat stewed vegetables and slightly stale and sometimes sour "fresh" cucumbers and tomatoes. You will have to stand in line for the chicken (if enough). It is not clear why the chicken cannot be laid out in several trays, as is done for rice, pasta, so as not to create a crowd. Apparently, there is some kind of logic here. Fruits: watermelons, peaches, nectarines, plums, grapes, apricots have always been.
It is terrible to drink hot coffee (or rather a surrogate from a machine) and tea from paper cups, especially for a child. One thing is good, there is always and everywhere bottled water.

No wifi at reception. In other places it doesn't exist at all. We ordered a compliment from the hotel for a birthday, but did not wait for it even after contacting the reception. This program does not work for them. There are no complaints about the pools, the sea is also beautiful. There were enough beds. But beach towels are more like rags, torn, of different sizes, sometimes just not washed. Umbrellas on the beach are not fixed. Once, in a strong wind, they massively began to fall. One of them received a large cut and a bruise on her back. Now, apparently, there will be a scar in memory of this hotel.

This is only part of the shortcomings of this hotel, the rest are already reflected in previous reviews.
I would not advise visiting this hotel, despite the huge and beautiful territory and a good shallow entrance to the sea (very convenient for children). Service and terrible attitude to people crosses out all the small positive points. We rested with the tour operator Sunmar from 6 to 13 July.
