Our flight was delayed for 18 hours (carrier Bravo airline, tour operator ANEX TOUR), in view of which we arrived at the hotel late at night with full confidence that for all this time our rooms (2 rooms - for me with my husband and for his brother) had long been completely ready, but, alas, where is it ....They settled us in different buildings, at opposite ends of the hotel - although we booked neighboring rooms in the same building. The most offensive thing was further - my husband and I room was not ready for arrival - there were a lot of traces of the life of the previous inhabitants in the room, dirt and garbage everywhere, and in the bed - hair, sand, saliva stains on the pillows (I firmly believe that they were saliva spots). We went to the reception twice and asked at least just to change our bed. The most disgusting thing was that the administrator and the night manager completely refused to do anything and said, they say: "well, sleep until the morning before you start, and tomorrow the maid will put everything in order. "
Ugliness! After that, the administrator suddenly completely stopped understanding English, forgot Turkish and completely disappeared from sight. In addition to us, there were three more families who obviously did not get what they paid for and what they counted on, but no one cared about them either (We had to sleep fully dressed, and our room with a fight and selected English abuse was cleaned only at 6 pm the next day During the whole week, we only changed towels once, and then (! ) one of them was with a huge hole in the middle, the size of a child’s head, the floor in the room was never washed, the bed was not changed, on the balcony there were ashes on table from previous tenants, so it remained even after our departure. It's a shame that all requests, wishes, demands - in any form and no matter what language (even in Turkish! ) are left without attention and feedback from management.


From the good - we note the food, everything was enough for everyone, there was always meat and fish, a lot of fruit.
It is very difficult to stay hungry. The food was delicious and quite varied. The only thing is that there are no separate areas for smokers and non-smokers, and this is a big drawback, since it is impossible to enjoy a meal in the fresh air without inhaling the stench of smoking coming from everywhere. Also, be careful - there are a lot of sea urchins in the sea! We were not lucky yet - we got into the period of arrival of the children's camp - it was truly pitch hell. Unfortunately, neither the tour operator nor the hotel considered it necessary to notify us of this in advance, or at least to accommodate the children separately from the rest of the vacationers - instead of the coveted week of peace and quiet, we got 7 days in mud and noise, and not a single night of good and restful sleep ( ((

You can get to the city and the nearest civilization in 20-25 minutes by bus, the cost is 3 lira one way (the stop is to the left of the central exit).
