The hotel is definitely not five stars, Wi-Fi really only works at the reception

So gentlemen tourists. Hotel: the area is large, green well-groomed. There are two pools, a large one and a small one with a slide. The beach is a narrow strip 15 m wide and 200 m long, which seems to be not bad, but a third of the beach is apparently reserved for local Turks, there are no sun loungers and umbrellas. There really isn't enough space. Some tricky places are occupied in the evening, there are no beach towels by 9 am. Entry into the sea is sandy, gentle, to a depth of 150-200 meters knee-deep. There is a bar on the beach, snacks, alcohol, tea, coffee, water. Beer ends before 12 o'clock everywhere (on the beach and near the pool) and here it's like UAll. The food is no frills, but quite edible.
About the numbers. We first got a room in section D. The room was clean and spacious, everything worked, but I was not satisfied that instead of a double bed there were two single beds pushed together and a balcony with glass side partitions (everyone sees you and you see everyone on the right and left) like in an aquarium, and the sun is hot from morning to evening. He asked me to change it, and then it started, I don’t understand yours, no one speaks Russian, only a few know English. In the end, with the help of the guide Ruslan (God bless him with health and longevity), they promised us to change the room the next day, and they did change it to section C. The room is smaller, but cozy.
Regarding the check-in, we arrived at the hotel at 8 am, asked to check in earlier, they said that there were no rooms ready, they offered money, still not. Generally settled in at two o'clock in the afternoon. Later, I realized what the problem was. The vacant rooms begin to be cleaned after 12 noon, so they don't have time to clean the occupied rooms. For a week of stay, towels were changed and water was put on once, I won’t say anything about cleaning. And it's 5 stars for 1500€ for 9 nights. As for me, this is a Turkish hotel for Turks. The hotel staff is completely unprepared for a European tourist and probably never will be.

According to the contingent, if anyone is interested: 70% Poles, 25% Turks, 5% Slavs. This hotel will be interesting for tourists with small children, young people have nothing to do here, pensioners will also not be easy. I really hope that my review will be useful for those who are looking at this hotel, and for those who have already purchased a tour. At the moment I am still in this hotel, so if you have any questions, write, I will try to answer everything.
