Well, this is the first time I am writing a review about a hotel, although it is rather a cry from the heart, perhaps my text will be a strong argument in choosing this place to stay.
Hotel
As soon as we arrived, to be honest, I wanted to run away, but alas, it was this 5-star Hotel that was paid for, I’ll say right away that they awarded the stars to themselves, since the Hotel is very modest, small, shabby and unkempt from the door (((If you look at the photos to booking, then everything is far from being so, and believe me, these are just trifles. I exhaled a little, of course, already negative, but still decided to warn and express my opinion.

You can describe the moments of the old age of this hotel for a long time (Furniture and doors in the bathrooms, sagging and stratified from dampness, construction dust in the rooms, crumbling plaster on the facades, a weak irrigation system of greenery and the result is lawns that have dried up in spots, etc. , etc. ) but all this is nothing, because I knew that the hotel is not new. But the human factor of cleanliness and responsibility, the personnel management system is terrible. How can you accommodate a mother with a child and a grandfather in a room where there is one single bed ? ! At the same time, we were all provided with the number block "H" where there is a complete mess and dirt with a view of the garbage. There were no words to describe my emotions and I wanted to speak out, but even here the jamb is not a single Russian-speaking staff, tin, since they position themselves as 5-star luxury and most of their guests are from Slavic countries.
Somehow miraculously, we Type changed the room in the same block on the second floor, with the ascent of a narrow spiral staircase without light (I remind you that I am with a small child and a stroller, it is logically true from the administration) to a tiny room with two single beds, but a crib again, in the span (there is simply no place to put it).
We were brought to the Hotel at 4:30 pm and only at 7 the hotel guide Ruslan arrived. Thank you very much, but while we were having dinner, we were changed to a room in another block, with a distant view of the sea and hills with wind deflectors - nice, especially after the first impression.
We were very happy, but I will share further. All mirror and glass surfaces are stained and streaked, on the metal elements of plumbing and surfaces in the bathroom there are oily fingerprints and stains from a rag. There is dust and dried sticky brown streaks on the bedside tables on the surfaces in the room - it’s honestly nonsense to see this, and this is taking into account that while we were at the sea today we were doing “cleaning the room”, the picture has not changed in any way except for folding the towels and making the bed.

Oh yes, it killed that even dirty ear sticks, before our settlement, both lay on a shelf in the bathroom, and remained untouched, probably this is some kind of interior decor and I did not understand the idea. It’s disgusting and disgusting with a child, as I’ve already made sure that after the previous tenants they don’t do any general cleaning with cleaning products. So think about whether your Health is worth the risk. For 10 days of stay, the first two days of the Type came to clean (make the bed) and on the 7th day after the scandal and the hospital, about it a little lower. This is the first hotel in the world where it was necessary to wash the floors and wipe the Furniture and, sorry, wash the toilet, as it was disgusting to even approach with a child. Of the 10 food warmers for breakfast, 5 are heated yesterday's bakery products. For small children, NOTHING, so they got out as best they could. The promised children's buffet includes 2 empty food warmers and a Kids buffet sign. Shock. For breakfast every day, from milk porridges, only semolina is sooo alive, about buckwheat, vermicelli, oatmeal, rice, etc. probably not heard. On the 5th day of my family there were terrible pains in the abdomen and the child had severe poisoning - vomiting all night. Nobody at the Reception! Not to call a doctor, not to change the bed, as everything was dirty overnight (((

After the insurance trip to the hospital, I was just in hysterics, since it was impossible to feed with the same food and I needed dietary food, the guide got frostbite and did not even get in touch after my State of emergency message. Let's just say it took me 4 hours of time and continuous tears in search of help around the hotel in resolving the issue of food for the baby. Unpleasant without special shoes. I thought what the whole coast is, but no. . the coastline of the nearby Holiday Hotel was perfect! Cleanly cleaned, the sand in the sea and not a single pebble and algae, it just turns out that you need to deal with the hotel, including the sea comfort zone, and not fuck and let it take its course. Early in the morning, the water in the sea is clear and clean until they are shaken up, but garbage and snack packages are also found. At a depth, the bottom is very clean sand and the water is transparent, but there is no beautiful azure color as in the pictures.
Coast
Sand. And then the thick grass begins. The beach is removed only from urns. On the 3rd day, I cut my leg right on the shore on the glass of a glass. Cups and scattered rubbish accompanied from the beginning to the end of our stay. Here is the beach cleaning. All vacationers from the situation in the hotel were shocked! According to the stories of those who came a second time - heaven and earth. The new owner just killed everything in this hotel.
Staff
Very untidy. Boys, attendants work hard, good. But the managers, I'm shocked. For example, at the Reception a guy screams and snorts, he can turn around and hide in his closet. People who come to rest are shocked by such an attitude. At first, he settles in the dirtiest building, and only after the scandal and the arrival of the guide, the situation changes.

The aunts who clean the rooms look nice, but they just change the towels and sweep the room with a dirty mop, the garbage from this just flies around the sides and that's it, that's the whole cleaning. There is no mention of any disinfection of the bathroom. Probably detergents, at least they don't give them domestos. Something like this.
During the rest in the room with the type of cleaning came only the first 2 days out of 10 and the last 2 days for the money. But dirty other people's sticky patches on the furniture and cotton swabs were removed only on the last day after she pointed her finger and gave money.

Be prepared to take with you completely all the food in jars and a bag, as there is nothing dietary and boiled.
