Having visited this hotel, I did not understand the previously rave reviews of tourists.
I'll start everything in order.
Rooms/staff
We arrived around 21:30. Dinner was already over (as they found out later dinner until 21, at 21-00 all dinner guests are warned about the end of the meal and the lights on the terrace are turned off) - everything is strict with this)) Upon arrival, they took the temperature, filled out 2 questionnaires and escorted to the room.
The rooms are small, we were put in a room on the second floor - two single beds, two bedside tables, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. The furniture is old. The balcony is small. The exit of the balcony was to the pool and animation.
In the morning we asked to move us to another room, because. noise from animation + unpleasant smell in the morning from the sewer. But we were told that there were no available rooms and offered to come in two days.

The room is cleaned daily, but the towels and linen are not changed. The foot towel was already black, in the sand. No shampoo, soap, or toilet paper was added for 3 days NEVER. (on arrival - 2 small bottles of shampoo + small soap + 2 rolls of toilet paper) . But the bed was made.
On the 3rd day we were reminded of our request with a change of room. Our request was granted, first they took us to a terrible room on the 1st floor, then all the same we were given a room on the 2nd floor. The room was of a slightly better quality, toilet paper, shampoo and soap were provided.
Restaurants and Bars: The choice of food is poor.
Breakfast standard.
Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried sausage (a couple of times), rolls, porridge with milk. Sausage and ham is the same paper as everywhere in Turkey. Cheeses are normal, but people standing on the distribution believe that two (or more often one piece) of cheese is enough for a person for breakfast, so they had to constantly ask to increase the amount. There are halva, olives, jams, honey, dried apricots, Turkish delight. There were muesli, but the person who was at their distribution was constantly absent, we had to wait until it came up). Often they don't wait.
Coffee or tea.
Lunch, dinner
A total of 4 hot trays (usually 2 types of meat and 6 types of vegetables) - 1 type of meat (poultry) and 1-2 types of meatballs or nuggets. There was beef or turkey once, turkey roast, beans with meat, fish 2 times, but there was always a queue for it and it quickly ended. Otherwise, these are side dishes every day - the same rice, french fries, onion rings, less often eggplant. There was canned tuna (like from ATB), terrible spicy shrimp, very spicy asparagus.
The food is specific, and mostly very spicy pepper and garlic.
There was also soup -1 kind, puree soup is always different. Considering that the soup was behind the counter where the employee was supposed to give it out, and in 90% of cases there was no employee to take the soup, it was rare - they ate only 3-4 times.
There was practically no sweet, all that was was 5-6 types of biscuits in syrup (by the middle of lunch and dinner there were 2 types left) Watermelon, plums, apples, pears.

In the bar in the restaurant for lunch and dinner - spirits + ayran. Tea coffee. Everything is poured by employees.
To this we can add constant queues, the presence of wasps and hornets on the summer playground, almost always all the tables are occupied, the lack of napkins on the tables, meat, fish dishes ended within the first 30 minutes, vegetable dishes were put in their place, i. e. For delicious dishes you have to come to the opening and stand in line.
And another important point - there is no culture of serving drinks in the hotel restaurant. Regardless of whether it is a cocktail, alcoholic drink or Coca-Cola, everything is poured in the same glasses. Glasses are served scalded. And if strong alcohol is poured there, you can’t drink these (((
The same goes for plates. Watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers are also put on a hot plate, which is sometimes difficult to even hold in your hands.
There is no air conditioning in the lobby, the bar is closed, the interior is very beautiful. It is impossible to enter the hotel, cars are parked in 3 rows, chaotically. They blocked the entrance to the hotel and entered only along the side ramp.
There were always masks at the reception in the lobby
Swimming pool and pool bar.
This is the only thing for which the hotel could be put 4-5!
The pool is clean, of different depths, the water does not stink of bleach.
The only negative is that the hotel does not provide beach towels, but this is not a problem at all.
The bar is always open, except for dinner. In the bar - juices, tea, coffee, wine, beer, gin, crayfish, cola, sprite, etc. Cocktails - for extra. fee. Glasses - reusable plastic, capacious. The bartenders are GREAT. There are snacks by the pool - hamburger, onion rings, french fries. There is always animation in the pool - aerobics, water polo, billiards, darts. Ice cream balls from 15-30 to 16-30.
The sunbeds are comfortable, there are not many umbrellas, some of the umbrellas are broken, but we had enough.
Wi-fi is free on the territory of the hotel, it is overloaded in the evenings, it does not reach the rooms.

Sea - Oludeniz public beach (with paid sunbeds) and private beaches.
Public beach - a large beach with a huge crowd of people, crowded, garbage, the sea is not very clean. The entrance is a large pebble. Periodically there is an unpleasant odor, tk. there are many cafes with their waste and garbage, as well as the shopping street of Oludeniz, from where the drain goes towards the sea. Walk to the beach - 400 meters - 5 minutes at a leisurely pace
There are showers and changing rooms, but they are in terrible condition.
Beaches in the direction of the blue lagoon reserve - Equipped, ennobled, despite the fact that the cost of sunbeds on those beaches is the same as on a public beach. Entrance to the Blue Lagoon is free. Go a little longer than the public 15-17 minutes. In the evening the sea is dirty.
I liked the country beach Kedrak.
Clean sea, fresh coniferous air, sunbeds, changing cabins, shower, toilet, bar. As well as the whole atmosphere for a good holiday. The entrance is medium and small pebbles.
You can get there by bus in 30 min-hour. (chaotic schedule) -5 lire per person or taxi - convenient location of the call button - right on the beach.
Entrance to the beach - 10 liras per person, 2 sun loungers - 70 liras.
By the sea and entertainment in Oludeniz, everyone will find something to do and a corner to their liking) Paragliding, snorkeling, jumping on the waves, boating, etc. etc. You will not be bored, but the hotel is a little more difficult.
We chose the hotel based on the reviews of friends and on the Internet, but when we arrived we were disappointed. The price tag for this hotel in the season reached 1000 euros for 2 for 7 nights, but this is a VERY overpriced price for such a hotel.
You can survive and possibly have a good time near the pool. Most likely there are worse hotels. Well, Karbel is not a 4* hotel at all. It is not suitable for tourists who want to spend time on vacation, including in a hotel comfortably.
