I rested with my son for 2.5 years from mid-August 2012 and, in my subjective opinion, I will describe my impressions of the hotel. I am not a fastidious and tolerant person, however, I will no longer have the desire to relax in the same hotel. We arrived around 8 pm. In the voucher we have a bungalow and I asked for the 1st floor, so as not to drag the child up the stairs. We gave out the keys, the layout and off we went. I noticed that there are no terraces in front of the bungalows, since they are located on the slope quite closely pressed against each other. While the essence of the matter, I took things apart, I began to notice the occasional strong noise and vibration in the room. Once again, when such a noise arose, I saw a funicular rising a meter from the window on an inclined slope. It works in elevator mode and is called by a simple button. Accordingly, until 3 am, he constantly walks, from which there is noise and vibration in the room. What kind of personal dislike of the receptionist made me give such a number to a client with a small child, is a mystery to me, but in the morning after tormenting midnight, the little one and I went to change the room. The Russian girl at the reception gave us a room to view. We moved. Who will rest in the hotel, see that they don’t give you a room with a funicular, but there are several of them around the territory. The other room was on the second floor. The door in it is purely symbolic. When viewed from inside the room, a street appears between the box and the door itself. Accordingly, no soundproofing. Everything on the street is heard. The effect of the presence of strangers in the room, music, service machines and staff, as well as cicadas is guaranteed to you. As I understand it, all bungalows suffer from this drawback, and if you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not for you. The air conditioner in the room is set to blow on the bed. No matter how I directed it, it still hits down and along the ceiling. And finally, in these funicular-elevators, air conditioners also work at full power. When you sweaty go into such an elevator, and there are 16 degrees, plus it blows on you like a machine gun, a runny nose or a cold is guaranteed. The next moment is the tiles around the pools and the tiles on the floor in the bathroom. They are very slippery when wet. The child in the bathroom slipped and hit hard, after which he was afraid to go there at all. After cleaning. Water, Coca Cola in the refrigerator, only upon arrival, they drank, then either store water yourself, or make a fuss and they will bring it to you. The same goes for cleaning. For ten days they cleaned the room once and then on the eve of departure. And they even changed the bed linen so that we could sleep on it the last night. What is the logic? Children's pool with slides, which is near the children's club for some reason with ice water. Adult pools are nothing, but the children's pool is not heated. Maybe they are specially cooled so that children do not swim? Animation for children is not bad.
Another nuance. You walk into a bar and ask for a beer. At the faucet is a half-filled glass. Either the foam sucks, or the bartender did not finish his drink. He calmly tops up from the tap before your eyes and serves it to you with a smile. It happened to me three times, in the bar of the central building, and twice at dinner. Didn't make a fuss. I just left full glasses on the table and took more. Maybe that's why it's called not Europe, but Turkey, I don't know. Perhaps, because of the large number of vacationers from the former USSR, they already have some kind of hatred, I don’t know about the Russians. There are reasons for this, of course. Our guys - Tagils - are outrageous. Briefly summarizing. Nature, location, sea, views, tropical vegetation are all very good. Well, the living conditions are spartan, in my opinion, and 3 stars does not pull. Have a good rest everyone.
