Жахливий готель Horrible hotel

Expectations about the hotel were not met at all:
-!!!!! ! there are many Russians, and the hotel is tolerant of this (Russian music is turned on upon request, the animators mostly speak Russian)
- the staff is rude, they hardly know English (if you don't know Turkish and don't want to speak Russian - you explain on your fingers)
- at first they put us in a building that is under renovation, and they also gave us a double room, although there were three of us; after a small scandal they gave us another room - the room smelled like a toilet, but at least there was an extra bed
- the hotel has long been in need of renovation, the rooms are shabby
- in addition to everything, the rooms are almost non-existent (we left a sign to clean the room several times and each time they just changed the garbage bags, the dirty towel on the bathroom floor was simply ignored
- the hotel area is also cleaned poorly, there is clearly a shortage of staff

- the food is the same every day with minor changes in the menu, although this hotel is more of a budget hotel, so we had an idea where we were going here

The only plus of this hotel is a beautiful beach, with beautiful views
Although you still have to compete for sunbeds, booking with towels and personal belongings is allowed here
