Expectations about the hotel were not met at all: -!!!!! ! there are many Russians, and the hotel is tolerant of this (Russian music is turned on upon request, the animators mostly speak Russian) - the staff is rude, they hardly know English (if you don't know Turkish and don't want to speak Russia...
