Fethiye is located in the western part of the country. Refers to the administrative capital of Mugla, which also includes Marmaris and Bodrum.

I must say, the resort of Fethiye is not very popular among Russian tourists. There are more English people here, and Europeans in general.

Actually, we were not in Fethiye itself, but in Calis. in Turkey, one village smoothly passes into another, and in a densely populated region it is difficult to figure out (if not for the signs) where one ends and another begins. So it is with Calis - this is essentially the same Fethiye, only not the center but the outskirts. The advantages of Calis came to light after a couple of days - in Fethiye itself, everything is much more expensive, and somehow too busy for a leisurely vacation.

We are staying at the Orient Resort Hotel Fethiye. The hotel is quite good, very conveniently located if you are not going to lie on the beach or by the pool all day. Two pools, one with slides. On the roof on the last day, we also found a pool, but for some reason it was not working.

By the way, you can absolutely freely climb to the roof of the hotel to see the city at night, for example. The views are very beautiful. Food for four, they feed a lot and hearty, the table also includes drinks, including alcoholic ones. But either the heat, or the peculiarities of the national cuisine - but many traditional dishes are sour. But in general, the menu is varied, and you definitely will not stay hungry.
