We rested in September. From the outside, the hotel looks nice: a beautiful white building, green territory, clean pool. The location is great - nearby shops, a city beach with pebbles, a promenade, clubs. That's all the pluses.
Then the disappointment begins.

The rooms are in terrible condition. Very small and cramped - it was standard. The bathroom is tiny: the shower, toilet and sink are located so closely that it is inconvenient to use. The hairdryers are old, melted, in poor condition. There is a lot of dust in the room. There was a refrigerator, but it did not work, because when you go for a walk or to the sea, the electricity is completely turned off - it is impossible to even cool the water.
The air conditioner was very noisy. The TV was old, just took up space. The safe was missing, as was the locker with hangers for things. Only some small, dirty pantry.

Cleaning and hygiene are practically non-existent. In 8 days, we only had the trash taken out once. On other days, the trash was not taken out until we were reminded several times (there is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom). For three people, only two sets were given (towel, shampoo, etc. ). We had to ask for toilet paper. On the fourth day, the story repeated itself: again only two sets, although there were three of us, there was no cleaning, the trash was not taken out. Like, there are not enough staff.

Check-in — when we arrived, they offered us an early check-in for 50 euros without bargaining! We kept quiet, left, didn’t even say anything. But after that, they stopped communicating with us normally — there was a feeling that the staff “didn’t like it very much. ”

Wi-Fi — paid, 14 euros (or $15) per person per week. It turns out that for three it’s as much as $45. This is complete absurdity.

Beach. There are two options:
• hotel - they take you there on an old minibus of the old type (twice a day). There are umbrellas and sunbeds, the sand is fine, but they don't give out towels - they suggest taking the ones from the room (and they were changed only once during the entire time). There is no water, alcohol, or snacks on the beach - you have to buy them. Internet is also paid.
• city — with small pebbles. In fact, you can safely go there with your own blanket, sometimes even more comfortable than on a hotel one.

Food. Breakfasts are monotonous: three days in a row boiled eggs, then an omelet, then eggs again. Vegetables, some porridge, cheese and tasteless sausage.
At lunch and dinner, the choice is a little larger, and several times they cooked fish or meat on the grill — this was the only pleasant moment in the diet.
Fruit — almost always watermelons, less often apples, plums or grapes, tangerines. Desserts — only in the evening, sometimes baklava or jelly on starch and a bunch of essence. That's all.

With alcohol in the hotel in general there is a problem: there is no beer, only some weak liqueurs, which to taste are just tinted sprite, sometimes diluted wine from the underground, but you have to beg. Because that bartender-driver is still the same guy in one face. Even when you ask for a 0.5 liter bottle, they won't pour it, like the owner doesn't allow it. Coffee machines (one of which doesn't work) and drinks only work at certain hours (from 9:00 in the morning and until 22:00 in the evening). That is, if you can't drink tea after a night's walk, it's a luxury. (I had to buy coffee in advance in the evening to drink it later).
That is, it's just a 3-course meal, where you stand in line and they pour it out for you.
??? ? Atmosphere. The owner of the hotel Mustafa is constantly on the territory. And not just there - he controls how much food you have eaten, how you behave. This is a very unpleasant feeling. If you have a question or comment, he starts shouting, expressing dissatisfaction. And although there is an administrator Ugur, whom you can contact (he is really friendly) and service staff in the kitchen, the owner creates pressure and an atmosphere that is not relaxed.
Animation, entertainment, music in the evening by the pool are absent. Food is also taken quickly, you can't sit around, everything is immediately cleaned and you are made to understand that it's time for you.
I do not recommend buying excursions from your guide - very expensive, look for others in the city.

Summary.
The hotel is positioned as four stars, but we never understood where they are, not even one star hangs. I give it a three "3-" - and that's the maximum. I don't want to come back here.
This hotel may make a good first impression from the outside, but inside it is a complete disappointment: rooms, cleaning, food, service, attitude towards guests. Even simple things like towels, toilet paper or coffee have to be "begged" for with the All inclusive system. (((
In general, Turkey has become very expensive, and it seems that the Turks have already "overdone" the price tag, surpassing everyone else.
Many people vacation in the country of inhumans-katsaps, their ancient music can be heard in the cafe.
