Then the disappointment begins.
The rooms are in terrible condition. Very small and cramped - it was standard. The bathroom is tiny: the shower, toilet and sink are located so closely that it is inconvenient to use. The hairdryers are old, melted, in poor condition. There is a lot of dust in the room. There was a refrigerator, but it did not work, because when you go for a walk or to the sea, the electricity is completely turned off - it is impossible to even cool the water.
The air conditioner was very noisy. The TV was old, just took up space. The safe was missing, as was the locker with hangers for things. Only some small, dirty pantry.
Cleaning and hygiene are practically non-existent. In 8 days, we only had the trash taken out once. On other days, the trash was not taken out until we were reminded several times (there is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom). For three people, only two sets were given (towel, shampoo, etc. ). We had to ask for toilet paper. On the fourth day, the story repeated itself: again only two sets, although there were three of us, there was no cleaning, the trash was not taken out. Like, there are not enough staff.
Check-in — when we arrived, they offered us an early check-in for 50 euros without bargaining! We kept quiet, left, didn’t even say anything. But after that, they stopped communicating with us normally — there was a feeling that the staff “didn’t like it very much. ”
Wi-Fi — paid, 14 euros (or $15) per person per week. It turns out that for three it’s as much as $45. This is complete absurdity.
Beach. There are two options:
• hotel - they take you there on an old minibus of the old type (twice a day). There are umbrellas and sunbeds, the sand is fine, but they don't give out towels - they suggest taking the ones from the room (and they were changed only once during the entire time). There is no water, alcohol, or snacks on the beach - you have to buy them. Internet is also paid.
• city — with small pebbles. In fact, you can safely go there with your own blanket, sometimes even more comfortable than on a hotel one.
Food. Breakfasts are monotonous: three days in a row boiled eggs, then an omelet, then eggs again. Vegetables, some porridge, cheese and tasteless sausage.
At lunch and dinner, the choice is a little larger, and several times they cooked fish or meat on the grill — this was the only pleasant moment in the diet.
Fruit — almost always watermelons, less often apples, plums or grapes, tangerines. Desserts — only in the evening, sometimes baklava or jelly on starch and a bunch of essence. That's all.
With alcohol in the hotel in general there is a problem: there is no beer, only some weak liqueurs, which to taste are just tinted sprite, sometimes diluted wine from the underground, but you have to beg. Because that bartender-driver is still the same guy in one face. Even when you ask for a 0.5 liter bottle, they won't pour it, like the owner doesn't allow it. Coffee machines (one of which doesn't work) and drinks only work at certain hours (from 9:00 in the morning and until 22:00 in the evening). That is, if you can't drink tea after a night's walk, it's a luxury. (I had to buy coffee in advance in the evening to drink it later).
That is, it's just a 3-course meal, where you stand in line and they pour it out for you.
??? ? Atmosphere. The owner of the hotel Mustafa is constantly on the territory. And not just there - he controls how much food you have eaten, how you behave. This is a very unpleasant feeling. If you have a question or comment, he starts shouting, expressing dissatisfaction. And although there is an administrator Ugur, whom you can contact (he is really friendly) and service staff in the kitchen, the owner creates pressure and an atmosphere that is not relaxed.
Animation, entertainment, music in the evening by the pool are absent. Food is also taken quickly, you can't sit around, everything is immediately cleaned and you are made to understand that it's time for you.
I do not recommend buying excursions from your guide - very expensive, look for others in the city.
Summary.
The hotel is positioned as four stars, but we never understood where they are, not even one star hangs. I give it a three "3-" - and that's the maximum. I don't want to come back here.
This hotel may make a good first impression from the outside, but inside it is a complete disappointment: rooms, cleaning, food, service, attitude towards guests. Even simple things like towels, toilet paper or coffee have to be "begged" for with the All inclusive system. (((
In general, Turkey has become very expensive, and it seems that the Turks have already "overdone" the price tag, surpassing everyone else.
Many people vacation in the country of inhumans-katsaps, their ancient music can be heard in the cafe.
Beach: The city beach finds in 5 minutes. Walking from the hotel (loungers and umbrellas are paid, some deck chair owns certain hotels). Own beach is 20-25 minutes. Walking, three times a day the trasser was organized on the beach (9:15.9:30 and 14:30), twice a day was organized by a beach transfer (12:30 and 18:00). Sometimes they went to the beach before the transfer to take the best beds under umbrellas, as the beds were also for other hotels. The beach towels should be taken with you. The beach with a shallow pebble, the water is very clean.
Nutrition: a modest choice of dishes, but it was very tasty, they were not hungry. A sufficient amount of vegetables and greens. Choosing a couple of garnishes (rice, potatoes, pasta), one or two meat ponds (for the whole period of rest there were chicken, baked chicken thighs, several times were baked on grilled red fish, fried fish), soup. Every day, a very tasty watermelon was given, sometimes there were melons, apricots (greenish) and apples. From sweets: for lunch sesame halva, for dinner Pakhlava, puddings, pie. There were dry breakfasts with different additions (Nutela, yogurt, etc. ). The bar offered several flavors of juice, pepsi. Sprites, white and red wine, maybe some more alcoholic beverages, but we didn't take them. In all -the -clock access coffee with coffee car. At the arrival, 1.5 liters of a bottle of water was provided, on the ground floor a cooler with drinking water. Meals are organized at the following hours: breakfast from 08:00 to 9:30, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00, dinner from 19:00 to 8:00 pm.
Numbers: The numbers are compact. We lived in a standard bivalve room. The room had a double and single bed, a bathroom with a shower (that the room that the bathroom needed repair, but it did not affect the rest). In the room: TV (unable to turn on), air conditioning.
Service: The hotel is very friendly staff. The restaurant has young boys and see how they try to maintain cleanliness. Cleaning in rooms and replacing towels once every 3 days.
Location: The hotel is located in the city center, in proximity to shops, to the central square. There are several disco clubs in relative proximity, loud music is heard in the evenings (to be open with an open balcony).
Holidays at the hotel are very pleased. For budget holidays, the hotel is just wonderful.
They took us to the beach late in the morning - 9:30 (though the driver was wonderful, thanks to him and our respect). The beach was shared by several hotels, they arrived early and we got the leftovers.
That's why we walked immediately after breakfast (20-25 minutes)
What's good about this hotel is that it's nearby in 5-7 minutes. walk to the city beach, where we went before breakfast to swim and greet the sun.
The hotel building itself and the area deserve four stars!
2. The Internet, which costs $20, can only be used within a range of 5 meters from the reception.
3. The hotel administration does not organize entertainment at the hotel.
4. Alcoholic drinks offered at the bar are diluted with water.
5. The owner of the hotel, who is also the administrator at the reception, is not hospitable.
My wife and I flew on 08/07 - 16/08, we had a tour of 8 days 7 nights, for two we paid 25500 UAH, I had been in different hotels before, and in particular in 4-5 star hotels in Turkey there were 6 or 7 meals a day, delicious alcohol and everything is FREE.
Now I can compare and this is what I will say about ADALIN - the food is terrible, the canteen, once there was fish like crucian carp, a couple of times there was chicken, there were nuggets, but inside there is not meat, but bread! There is basically nothing! I came home and stood on the scales -3 kg! Cool all-inclusive.
More about food - fresh vegetables for this, thanks, we ate watermelon a year in advance, we took lunch and dinner every day for breakfast, dessert is baklava for one person 1 or 2 pieces, they won’t give it anymore, there is a strict restriction in food! And also it was necessary to get up early and stand in line, as in the USSR for sausage.
In addition, we went to eat in cafes 2 times, we spent normal money, but at least we felt like people!
Because they fed 3 times a day, and if you are late even for half an hour, half of the food will no longer be there and there is nothing to take! Breakfast, lunch and dinner for an hour (this is not very much). Fanta is diluted, cola will do, they drank mostly water! And all the normal food outside of this barn.
From 14:30-17:30 there is a break at the bar!
And by the way, the staff is a separate issue, sometimes rude. In particular, we were rude when I showed my marriage certificate, thinking that bonuses were due, and he told us "I don't care about your certificate. " After that we paid $25 to check in because we arrived at 7 am, they didn't even tell us how to close the doors.
Wi-fi is paid, $ 2 per day, you can’t buy it for a day, only until the end of the holiday, they also consider it PPC! And Wi-Fi is sold not for a room, but for a person, that is, we had to pay $ 15 for two.
The rooms are very old, the door to the toilet did not close, it was always ajar, the refrigerator did not work, the bed was old, hard and creaky.
Thank God the air conditioning worked! Our room was cleaned only once and then at 15:00, when we were going to sleep.
The beach from the hotel is miserable, there is nothing more to say, we went once oh ...and left. Go more than 1 km in the heat, and like a beach from Adalin, but everyone comes to it, this is a common beach! Plus, it's dirty. You can't bring your own, but everything is paid there. We went for a paid 2 bucks for a sun lounger and 2 minutes from the hotel.
You had to pay a dollar for towels, and for a set in general 3, also news for me! All the work of the staff is built very strangely, the administrator and the waiter and the cleaner and someone else! In the end, they can't do anything right!
A separate topic was when my wife had a birthday. I went to the reception and asked if something was required? I was told that there would be a cake at 3:00 pm the next day. We came, they said it would be at dinner, we came for dinner and in the end nothing happened.
The area is very small! The only attraction is the pool!
There are dog poop in the grass and all sorts of insects jumping around! Nothing but hookahs.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTEL ADALIN RESORT. THE WORST HOTEL EVER. IF OFFER OR WILL PRAISE - DO NOT BELIEVE!
The territory is very beautiful, but not completely well-groomed, the views around are mesmerizing. The view from the room overlooks either the mountains or the pool.
The pool is clean, the water is crystal clear.
The staff is almost all Russian-speaking, friendly, trying to solve any problems.
The beach is very far away - 25 minutes walk (carries a shuttle twice a day). You can only take water to the beach with you, everything else is prohibited, there is a booth where you can buy something. The beach is rented (three hotels rest on this small piece). We went to rest on a nearby beach. Alternatively, you can go to the city beach, which is a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel, sunbeds and umbrellas are paid.
The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, the market, attractions, everything is close.
There is not a very large variety in food, but you will not be hungry, for sweets they mainly give watermelon and melon, a couple of times there was baklava and Turkish delight. The dining room is open on time (from 8:00-9:00.13:00-14:00.19:00-20:00), which is very inconvenient, especially when the beach is so far away.
There are no alcoholic drinks in the bar, except for white and red wine, as well as various syrups diluted with juice or cola (like cocktails). There is cola, fanta, sprite, various juices. The bar is also open on schedule from 10:00-14:30.17:30-22:00. Beer or better drinks for a fee. It is strictly forbidden to bring different drinks with you, a fine of 50 euros (they say because of the coronavirus). There is a coffee machine that works from 07:00-22:00. If you suddenly go on an excursion early in the morning - then the security guard can turn it on for an additional fee. It is strictly forbidden to take any drinks or food into the room.
The furniture in the rooms is old, but the bed is soft, the bedding is clean and white, there are two towels that are not allowed to be taken to the beach (we take towels to the beach in the hammam for $ 5, which are returned upon check-out), it is clean, there is also shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. The room also has a refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. Room cleaning is done every three days (also because of the coronavirus).
Separately, I would like to advise the boors, the specialists there are just super.
There is no animation.
In general, the place is quiet, after 23:00 you can not hear the music, everything is quiet, ideal for a family holiday.
We had a tour of 8 days 7 nights, for three we paid 16500 UAH, while I was lucky to visit the transatlantike 5-star hotel a month ago (for two 10800 UAH) there were 6 or 7 meals a day, delicious alcohol and everything was FREE .
Now I can compare and this is what I will say about ADALIN - the food is terrible, the canteen, once there was fish like crucian carp a couple of times there was chicken, there were nuggets, but inside there was not meat, but bread! And by the way, the staff is a separate issue, sometimes rude. When we checked in, the owner of the hotel gave us 2 bottles of water and said that they would no longer give water like that, when you drink, go down with bottles and collect from the cooler. WHATOOOOOO? I haven't seen this yet! Why is the owner so praised in the reviews? They just adore him!
Wi-fi is paid, 2 euros per day, you can’t buy it for the day, only until the end of the holiday, they also consider it PPC! And Wi-Fi is sold not for a room, but for a person, that is, we had to pay 48 euros for three for 8 days!
The rooms are very old, the door to the toilet did not close, it was always ajar, the refrigerator did not work, they asked for 2 days to fix it, in the end they said that they fixed it while we were away, but no one did anything! Thank God the air conditioning worked!
The beach from the hotel is miserable, there is nothing more to say, we went once ah ...
Lee and left. Go more than 1 km in the heat, and like a beach from Adalin, but everyone comes to it, this is a common beach! Plus, it's dirty. You can't bring your own, but everything is paid there. We went for a paid 2 bucks for a sun lounger and 2 minutes from the hotel.
For towels you need to leave a deposit, also news for me! The entire staff was built very strangely, the administrator and the waiter and the cleaner and someone else! In the end, they can't do anything right!
The area is very small! The only attraction is the pool! There are dog poop in the grass! That's all I wanted to say!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTEL ADALIN RESORT.
Service - normal, promptly replaced the shower hose.
In general, for normal people without a "crown" it can come up.
For those who will not go with the "crown".
