We were at the hotel from 13.06 to 20.06. 2018. The first evening was a shock: the rooms are small, there is black mold in the shower (moisture does not go away), only liquid soap near the sink, leftover toilet paper, they didn’t feed on arrival, at the reception they received it very coolly (there was a night administrator who didn’t care about anything), in the yard they played (as we later understood constantly) Russian chanson until 23.00, which further worsened the perception, given fatigue and hunger. We were taken to the room, the suitcases were dragged by ourselves. According to the room: bedding and towels are clean, but tightened, with stains; the room has a TV (10 channels work, 5 Turkish and 5 Russian, not a single Ukrainian or European), air conditioning, bed, orthopedic mattress, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, table and ottoman, one socket under the table and the second near the sink. In the kitchen: they mainly give pasta and bulgur (every single day), to which salads with 3-4 types of vegetables, but each time the same ones, and also give parsley, grated carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. At what one of the salads is chopped onion with seasoning. Salads are sour and very peppery, in salads products are not the first freshness, as it seemed to me. For salads in the morning they gave something like milk porridge, but a rather strange color of milk in it. 2 times gave boiled eggs in the morning, 1 egg per hand. There was almost no meat, for bulgur and pasta they gave gravy in which a little bit (20 grams, I’m not exaggerating! ) Meat or semi-finished products: small meatballs and once they gave nuggets, 2 pcs each. Semi-finished products are given by waiters to everyone in their hands, you won’t take it yourself, but you can ask them to report back or go to the second round for an addition. There is soup for lunch, but it looks like a yushka without anything, since the corn was floating, very peppery. But very good bread. For fruits there were plums (greenish, but if you carry them in a backpack in the heat, then very much nothing in the evening), they also gave rotten apples, watermelon 2 times and once a little green cream. Once they gave shawarma (50 g of meat and 2 large pancakes) in honor of the end of some kind of their holiday. In the restaurant: tablecloths are all stained, some fresh, napkins a little bit in napkin holders, which you have to take yourself. The waiters do not give food, they constantly run around to take away plates, because there are not enough dishes. Glasses for water and juice plastic reusable, the cheapest. Half of the waiters do not understand Russian. By bar: beer 3 dollars. , wine 5 dollars. , but they pour some kind of booze (did not try it) according to the AL system. Coffee is excellent, tea too, there is a coffee machine at the bar. Juices are so-so and the machine works from 9 to 21. Once the juice ran out, the remnants that ran were water with powder. Water can be taken from the cooler (in fact, it is a type of cooler connected to the water supply, which supposedly filters the water, I don’t know in fact! , but we drank). You can also order cola and shots, all sorts of mixtures of fanta, sprite, etc. According to the staff: the daytime attendant at the reception is normal, the night one is a muzzle, a complete gouge. Other vacationers said that the mordovorot called the woman a whore when she asked to change the number and started arguing with him, I personally did not see it, I can not confirm 100%. The waiters do everything: they carry the dishes, clean the tables, wash the floors, wash near the pool, I don’t know if they wash their hands after that. Then, by the way, they put the bread with their bare hands from the cabinet on the table and cover it with an ordinary curtain so that it does not get stale, I personally saw it. Half do not understand Russian, some come and take a plate when you have not finished eating yet, some ask if you can pick it up. On the beach: 300 meters from the sea, and at least 1.500 meters from their beach. They take to the beach in the morning and in the afternoon by Volkswagen, whoever didn’t get in on foot. There are NO umbrellas on the beach! ! We ourselves went to a wild beach near the rocks, which we found on the second day ourselves, very beautiful. There are no beach towels, they took from the room. They asked to change the towels, but they didn’t understand, they changed them or simply folded them beautifully while we were gone. In general: we went to ride in the mountains ourselves, swim in the sea, but we didn’t expect such horror even in the 3rd. If not for the beautiful sea and mountains, then the rest would have been just terrible. I do not advise the hotel if you are not ready to constantly starve and eat anything, as well as bathe in a shower full of mold.
