We called the reception, waited twenty minutes for the plumbers, then the maid, because. the water was under the bed, reached the balcony. Of course, anything can happen. But I suppose that in a hotel of such a position, first of all, an administrator or someone of such rank should come to us. To apologize, to solve the problem, to give us the opportunity to rest, for which we flew. But no, we decided everything ourselves. We insisted on moving to another room, because the air conditioner did not work, it was damp. Nobody ever apologized. Just brought to the room when we were out, a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. I can't say that all hotel employees are like that. Many waiters, maids, bartenders, other employees are very caring and responsible in their place. But there was a persistent feeling of the absence of the concept of respect and interest in guests at the management level.
