I was pleasantly surprised by the possibility of swimming at night, rarely now, where it is possible. The hotel itself is large, modern, the rooms are spacious and clean. But, unfortunately, we don't want to come back here. Expectations from a five-star hotel did not materialize. We have been to many places, not very fastidious and capricious. But part of the rest was spoiled. WiFi problems! It is passwordless in the hotel, but it was difficult to connect, it disappeared just as it appeared. And it's not even about photos and video files, you couldn't just send a message. It was very stressful. More elevators. There are two of them, which is very small. Work strangely, eternal waiting. We got stuck in the elevator twice. The second time we sat for about half an hour, it was already difficult to breathe, stuffy. Our room was also flooded, a pipe flowed in the hallway, it was pouring (not dripping! ) Directly from the ceiling lamp. We called the reception, waited twenty minutes for the plumbers, then the maid, because. the water was under the bed, reached the balcony. Of course, anything can happen. But I suppose that in a hotel of such a position, first of all, an administrator or someone of such rank should come to us. To apologize, to solve the problem, to give us the opportunity to rest, for which we flew. But no, we decided everything ourselves. We insisted on moving to another room, because the air conditioner did not work, it was damp. Nobody ever apologized. Just brought to the room when we were out, a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. It sounds nice, although in fact it was a banana, two unripe plums, two tasteless apples and an orange. And this is in August in Turkey! "Sorry" would be better for us. There are enough wines in the restaurant and bars, fruits of this kind can be enjoyed in Minsk. We saw in this a formality, indifference and a disrespectful attitude towards ourselves. I can't say that all hotel employees are like that. Many waiters, maids, bartenders, other employees are very caring and responsible in their place. But there was a persistent feeling of the absence of the concept of respect and interest in guests at the management level. Therefore, we decided for ourselves: not our hotel, we will not rest in it anymore and we do not recommend it to others.
