The entrance to the sea is pebbles, and after one step the cobblestones begin. It was possible to clear a couple of meters for children.
But the worst was the kids club. I took the child to the club and in the evening in the room he told me that the girl beat him. The next day, his eyes were swollen. After a long clarification with the administration, they showed me a recording where you can see that two children are sitting in the room themselves, an older girl starts touching him, then hitting him with her palm, then punching him in the eye. Then he runs into the corridor, there is no camera there, as I was told.
According to the child, I know that she beat him there harder, then they return to the playroom, she holds him and beats him. There was no children's animator in the room. I gave the child under the responsibility of the children's club and I consider it unacceptable to show physical violence against him. I wanted to talk to the parents of this girl, but the administration said for a day that they could not find them, then they said that the girl was not the same. And the girl who beat my child herself came to the kids club, she left, they don't know who it is. Then they said that they found her, she left. For three days they sorted out the situation or waited for that family to quietly leave, since the conflict between Russians and Ukrainians is not beneficial for the hotel. And the damage to the child and the complete lack of security does not bother anyone.
Do you want to write a statement to the police, but I cannot go to Kemer myself and leave the child alone for the whole day in this club, because there is no guarantee that he will come out unharmed.
Children's club, where children are left to their own devices. The main task of the animator is not to let the child out of the gate, that's all.
The children's disco takes place indoors, the music sounds so loud that even I wanted to close my ears, the child survived 2 minutes and we left.
The hotel fully supports the Russians, in the repertoire of white roses and VVV-Leningrad. Disco is heard everywhere. Even in the rooms.
The food is ordinary, you will not be hungry, but also delighted. The only plus is that the restaurant on the beach cooks fresh grilled meat and fish in front of you.
Also, in 2021, we rested at the Seven Seas hotel Blu of the same chain. It was much better in terms of food, children's entertainment and service. These hotels are not equal, they are not even close, although travel agents often say that they are on the same level.

Separately, I want to note the beautiful large beach, divided into zones for families with children (where you can not smoke) and for adults. There is sand on the beach, I was surprised by a very comfortable entrance to the sea, which is unusual for the Kemer region. The hotel pays a lot of attention to children, there is a wonderful children's club, the restaurant has a separate counter with dishes for children, animators entertain from morning until late at night, so parents can not worry about their kids. The rooms are quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, the cleaning is of high quality. Minibar replenished every day (water, drinks, beer). Wi-fi works throughout the hotel, the speed is good. You are guaranteed to get much more from the hotel than you expected.

2. Staff 50% do not speak English, the rest of the staff taught Russian (duty phrases) and, accordingly, Turkish. Most of the waiters are rude. A possible option is this: you are sitting on a chair, eating, and the waiter is knocking on the back of the chair... he was just passing by... The chairs are all made of wicker furniture and without pillows or mattresses. Accordingly, the comfort in sitting in short shorts or a skirt is 0, rather a pain. I had to take a towel with me.
Audibility in the hotel is maximum, also the staff in the morning does not think that at 9.00 the guests are still sleeping, and yell at each other from different parts of the building (carts are also carried, noise, knocking, rumbling - everything is present).
3. Food. This is 100% disappointment. Just don't rely on anything. And PLEASE NOTE that certain alcoholic drinks are at an additional cost!! ! This is ultra all inclusive. The dishes were not washed well. The devices are not sealed. If a plate with a fork / knife is taken from the table, then new ones are not given, you yourself are looking for it on the next table. In our time, the hotel was occupied by 50-60%, there is very little space. Be careful - crows in this hotel instead of the usual cats, leave food unattended - it is no longer yours.
4. Housekeeping. Very mediocre. One of the days they went into the room, and there was a puddle at the entrance... they just forgot to wipe it off. Also, when checking in, the children were not provided with bedding. And they brought it without knocking on the door.
5. Animation. Here we plunged into Turkey 15 years ago. The amphitheater is not open. Rare dancers - it seemed that the family was performing: from young to old. The sound is quiet. I can’t say anything about children’s animation, since the children are adults and found entertainment for themselves. Contests for the best Mister and Madam - without words.
6. It was in this hotel that I realized why 18+ hotels exist. The territory of the Hotel is small, families with babies are everywhere, it is clear that children are children, but constant screaming, whims, broken dishes, kids running underfoot, threats from parents, etc. - Increasingly annoying.
