Family vacation in mid-May. I am writing a review only for those tourists who do not know that 5 stars ultra all inclusive and super ratings on travel sites are not a guarantee of a wonderful holiday.
Of the pluses, only the sea and the view of the mountains. Everything.
Minuses:
1. The reception of the main building is significantly inferior to a 5-star hotel. There can be no thought of any sparkling at the entrance and settlement. C grade furniture, small lobby.
2. Staff 50% do not speak English, the rest of the staff taught Russian (duty phrases) and, accordingly, Turkish. Most of the waiters are rude. A possible option is this: you are sitting on a chair, eating, and the waiter is knocking on the back of the chair... he was just passing by... The chairs are all made of wicker furniture and without pillows or mattresses. Accordingly, the comfort in sitting in short shorts or a skirt is 0, rather a pain. I had to take a towel with me.

Audibility in the hotel is maximum, also the staff in the morning does not think that at 9.00 the guests are still sleeping, and yell at each other from different parts of the building (carts are also carried, noise, knocking, rumbling - everything is present).
3. Food. This is 100% disappointment. Just don't rely on anything. And PLEASE NOTE that certain alcoholic drinks are at an additional cost!! ! This is ultra all inclusive. The dishes were not washed well. The devices are not sealed. If a plate with a fork / knife is taken from the table, then new ones are not given, you yourself are looking for it on the next table. In our time, the hotel was occupied by 50-60%, there is very little space. Be careful - crows in this hotel instead of the usual cats, leave food unattended - it is no longer yours.
4. Housekeeping. Very mediocre. One of the days they went into the room, and there was a puddle at the entrance... they just forgot to wipe it off. Also, when checking in, the children were not provided with bedding. And they brought it without knocking on the door.
5. Animation. Here we plunged into Turkey 15 years ago. The amphitheater is not open. Rare dancers - it seemed that the family was performing: from young to old. The sound is quiet. I can’t say anything about children’s animation, since the children are adults and found entertainment for themselves. Contests for the best Mister and Madam - without words.
6. It was in this hotel that I realized why 18+ hotels exist. The territory of the Hotel is small, families with babies are everywhere, it is clear that children are children, but constant screaming, whims, broken dishes, kids running underfoot, threats from parents, etc. - Increasingly annoying.
