I was on holiday with my mother from 01-10.09. 2025. I'll start with the good - the reception staff were nice. For an extra charge, they gave me a room earlier than 14:00 and in the main building. The nature on the hotel grounds is beautiful. The view of the mountains is amazing. The center is within walking distance.
The beach is small, sun loungers are next to each other. There is no personal space. Everyone is on top of each other...not so good of course.
Twice in 10 days of holiday, dirt washed up from the sea, probably ships dump garbage. Unpleasant.

The food is poor for a 5* hotel (there is not a great selection of meat dishes, as one of the guests said, "meat skins" is what he called meat from the grill). Two days in a row, Monday-Tuesday, there was red fish and shrimp with crayfish, but you need to come early so that everything is not taken. The cutlery in the main restaurant is sticky, there are huge queues for dinner, as well as in the evening in the lobby bar. The buns are not tasty and stale. Baklava is tasty, I also liked the fruits (watermelon, grapes, figs, bananas, peaches, apples, pears). But if you want to get the best piece, you need to stand in line like wild animals. With 100% occupancy, there is not enough staff and there is not enough space for everyone at dinner. Everyone usually comes at 19:00. In the morning, the coffee machines with instant coffee are always breaking down. And only one works in the main restaurant. You can drink decent coffee in the lobby bar or downstairs near the pool from 12-16. The cocktails in the lobby bar are light, like compotes, but beautiful. The bar downstairs is open 24 hours, the cocktails there are not tasty.
The burgers are tasty. The cottage cheese flatbreads are too, but you have to stand in line for them.
The juices are not tasty. They only draw cherry, although in fact there are orange and pineapple, but people themselves should guess by trial and error.
We lived in the main building, the cleaning seemed to be a 4, but on the 5th day of stay they took away the slippers and did not put new ones. The gel shampoo ran out on the 3rd day, I had to run to the reception wet to ask for them to bring it, since the phone in the room did not work. The animation is not intrusive and this is a plus. Overall impressions are 3. I do not recommend and will not come to this hotel again.
Last year I was in a 4 * in Egypt, the food and service are much better, and the cost is lower.
