Hotel ratings by criteria:
Rooms: 6.0
Service: 2.0
Cleanliness: 1.0
Food: 3.0
Amenities: 2.0
(1) Relative cleanliness is maintained only in the main hall of the hotel, which should appeal to lovers of pomp. Outside this hall, dirt reigns.
(2) The rooms have been refurbished to a reasonable standard, but their location/orientation is such that only 1/6 of the total number of rooms can be considered acceptable. The rest "look" either at the dump of construction and other debris, or at the road. In general, the view from the windows leaves much to be desired. The same can be said about housekeeping.
(3) With a fairly long beach line, there are very, very few places under umbrellas. These umbrellas are located very inconveniently and practically do not give shade. The water is dirty, either from the sand, which is more like dust, or from the river flowing nearby. Swimming is not fun. Most vacationers, not finding a place for themselves under umbrellas, go to the "wild" beach, but there is no shade there.

(4) Being in the main restaurant of the hotel is simply disgusting - your feet stick to the floor, you are constantly afraid of slipping. Tables are dirty and not cleaned. The staff is disgusting. The restaurant does not indulge in the variety and quality of food. The interior of the restaurant most of all resembles a large Soviet canteen. The restaurant is very noisy, which is why you involuntarily try to leave it as soon as possible. All in all, the restaurant is the worst place in the hotel.
(5) With a relatively large territory, there is practically nowhere to walk in the hotel - a narrow path with wooden flooring leading from the main building to the beach - that's the whole route.
It is obvious that the hotel does not correspond to the declared 5 *.
