The hotel positions itself as ultra, it is completely absent, you make a remark, they immediately shout at you, switch to Turkish and they don’t understand anything! Housekeeping is terrible, they stole my Marella brand t-shirt in our room, complained both to the reception and to the administrator there was no reaction. So be vigilant! By the way, how many we go to rest in different countries, this is the first time for us! The hotel area is large, but completely unkempt, a lot of stray dogs run around, they don’t take care of the grass! I do not recommend the hotel at all!

The hotel seriously left a very, very good impression, but in some places it was unnerving the lack of elementary education among some vacationers, neglect of children, in the bath complex. The employees are busy with one thing: catching clients for a massage (though the massage is excellent), otherwise, walk the soul, whoever wants to does what he wants, the children in the pool yell, litter, in the relaxation gallery where, in theory, it should be quiet and calm music plays, they rush herds of children, parents somewhere on their own, in a word, a disgrace!

The hammam is amazing with great warm, relaxing marble loungers, the exquisite work of the decorators and artists is a delight until there are kids sitting in sinks, pouring disposable shampoos on the floor and squealing wildly! And the workers who have to follow the order of the matter have nothing to do with it! I had to call the staff more than once, but it did not bring results!
It’s a pity the complex is excellent, but there seems to be no staff!

So, they met us perfectly, when choosing rooms, they took into account all the wishes for the location.
