For several days the room was never cleaned. At the reception, all requests are ignored. Personal hygiene products (toilet paper, shower gel, slippers) have to beg from staff who do not understand either Russian or English! They forget to replenish the mini-bar, every day you have to ask for water! Meals at the hotel - no !!!! ! There are huge queues in the restaurant, you will stand, but it is impossible to eat. Tables are not wiped, cutlery is obtained independently, the waiters do not respond or ignore requests!! ! The only exception is the lobby bar staff, who serve quickly and efficiently!
