Stayed as a family of 5. Booked two standard rooms.
When we checked in in early August, the hotel was no more than half full. It would seem that what prevents the staff from coping with such a small number of guests and providing an appropriate level of service, however, the staff seems to be picked up from the street and does not cope with their duties at all:
- the reception staff is scattered and settles members of the same family on different floors (parents and children separately) with a direct indication of separate beds when booking (there were no such rooms nearby);

- cleaning in the rooms takes place a maximum of once every two days, and in our case for 10 days cleaning took place 4 times, bed linen was changed 2 times for the entire stay! The cleaning quality is disgusting! Cleaners do not know what it is to wash the floor or wipe the mirrors, washbasin and other plumbing! In this hotel, dear tourists, a rag is your everything! Be sure to take this hotel with you if you plan to stay there. . . No matter how many times you press the green button to clean your room, there will always be dirt, even after the so-called cleanings!
Dirt in the hotel is absolutely everywhere: mirror surfaces in elevators are constantly greasy, rubbish on the stairs and dirty chairs in the lobby that need to be dry-cleaned for a long time...
Despite the coronavirus epidemic, it is absolutely not necessary for guests to wear masks indoors. Without masks, all guests visit the main restaurant. At the entrance to the main restaurant, the temperature is taken, but the hotel staff are not at all bothered by coughing and sneezing guests in the restaurant itself, where they line up with long lines for food, like in a cheap canteen...
Food. . . it's a separate nightmare. . . In 15 years of visiting Turkey, we have never seen such a disgusting assortment of dishes! Tasteless, just awful! We shot more than one video about the menu of the main restaurant! Breakfast is always the same: two types of eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, terrible sausages, rolls, cheeses and - oh, yes! - completely undercooked pancake pancakes. . . Lunch and dinner are not better. . . Cooking is very, very bad, absolute disrespect for the guests. . .
In the bar by the pool and by the beach for lunch, you could still eat pizza for children, but for 10 days of stay, the assortment of dishes has not changed at all and is terribly tired.
Of all the a la carte restaurants during the days of our stay, only the sea one worked by appointment for 10 € per person... We were in this restaurant - that's nothing at all... neither the range of dishes, nor the proper service. Bad and bad again!
In general, the only good thing we can note is the location of the hotel and well-groomed lawns. Much better maintained than the hotel itself. . .
Pleased with a very warm sea, but the entry is difficult, large stones.
In general, the rest left a not very good impression precisely because of the disgusting service and bad food. Tenants or owners of this hotel should think about whether they are doing business in life... With such a service, you will soon have no guests...

Live yourselves in such filth and eat the food you serve to your guests!
