2) We settled in quickly (the auction started at $100 ended at $70 and we were offered a family room). Room 3346 overlooking the pool, the stage and the sea on the horizon! The room itself is large, two-level. In the room, unfortunately, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving products and bathrobes. This is not a problem, everything can be bought on the spot. The air conditioning system copes with its task, we had a combined one (general for the hotel + normal).

3) WIFI is free in the hotel. The hotel catches without problems, the territory will have to search.

4) There are many pools, and they are quite diverse. They are even cleaned in the evening. I saw it personally.


The water park is worthy, I think everyone will love this entertainment.
But be careful when descending from large slides, as the employees do not really follow the sequence of descents (no one crashed into me, but I saw how it happens with others)

5) Animation - in our opinion, it is like a gopher, everyone knows that it exists, but it does not exist. She is VERY lethargic. (I have something to compare). Everything is standard: broken-down darts, boccia on the beach near sun loungers), water polo, aqua aerobics...

There is also children's animation. The idea is great. There is a detached, fenced building with its own swimming pool, mini water park, system
registration of children, In general, everything is cool, but while I was studying what the children actually do there, I saw how the children by the pool fall one by one due to an unsuccessfully chosen cover ...

Summing up the animation, as I understand it, their main task is to serve time, put on pop music as loudly as possible in the morning, get as many water excursions as possible, and go around begging for positive feedback from your phones.

Lunch ...In the main DINING ROOM (namely, a dining room, since it cannot be called a restaurant in any way), there are usually not many people. This is due to the fact that at this time there are many other places where you can eat. Therefore, you can dine without any quests.


Dinner...You always want to spend it on the street with a beautiful panorama, which is what we actually did.
There is only a small nuance) is to find a clean table, there are many free ones, but in most cases they are not removed. But we are in the canteen, so we just take the dirty dishes and put them on another dirty table.

A few words about service in bars, "restaurants" It simply does not exist. You need to take everything yourself, except for wine for dinner (you can’t take it yourself). There is no normal alcohol.

8) I can't help but share with you the story that happened to us in this hotel.

One day, we returned from the beach to the room.
The door to our room was ajar. Our second key card disappeared from the room. In such situations, it is necessary to contact the hotel's gestrelation, which I did. The girl Svetlana assured me that she would sort out what had happened. I, in turn, wrote a statement in which I indicated the circumstances of the incident, with a request to conduct an audit and inform me of its results.
The next day, without waiting for an answer from Svetlana, I came to her myself. To my fair question about the verification, Svetlana began to make me look like an idiot, she said that maybe I thought it all up.
