I am writing directly from the hotel. In short, the hotel, in principle, is not bad. Of course, it does not reach 5 stars, but you can put a solid four. The rating is too high in my opinion.
Pros: clean sea and good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Our suite is quite spacious and clean. Minibar and accessories replenished daily. Safe is free.
Of the minuses: there is a lot of greenery, but it is all behind the hotel, the beach is completely "naked". Umbrellas are small and provide almost no shade. Large queues during "peak hours" in the restaurant and bars. There seems to be a lot of food, but there is no variety and seafood. For 5 days of stay, not a single galla dinner (maybe there will be more).
Recommendations to hotel managers: pay attention to the evening dress code in the restaurant. Half of the visitors are in flip-flops and swimming shorts, which is a no go for a 5* level.

Squealing and running children 3-5 years old in the spa do not contribute to the atmosphere and meaning of this institution. Please consider limiting the age of visiting.
The game room, or rather the dark catacombs with the smell of mold, should also be dealt with. In the end, raise the billiards to the terrace or the fireplaces of the hall near the central bar.
