Gym: Very old, under renovation, and dirty (nowhere to go for exercise).
Water park: We discovered it existed on the third day when we decided to go outside near the hotel. It turns out it's located BEHIND the hotel, at the exit, and not on the hotel grounds. So, you have to exit the hotel completely, walk about 300 meters, and then find a children's/adult water park and miniclub behind a fence by the road.
Everything else is great!
