At the same time, several more people were poisoned, according to conversations. The administration, in the person of working with guests, does not admit guilt, they go on the defensive. They say that the patients themselves came and slander here. They asked to extend the room, late check-out, about an hour of negotiations, calls, requests to wait. Bottom line: they said that we can release the room an hour later (at 13.00). Bullying, I spent an hour talking.
I can't speak objectively about the hotel.
There are no awnings on the beach, there are holey fungi, The pool is dirty, the tiles are being washed, during the entire stay I saw the same blots from ice cream. The bar has Chivas 12, Jack Daniels, Beefeater Gin.
All this is under the counter, if you know, you have to ask the bartender, maybe he will pour. Pretty humiliating for the money. The staff tries hard, everyone is polite, especially in the canteen. The food is ordinary. Two good courts and a basketball court. The animation is weak, they try to carry out everything formally, but they don’t make much noise. About five of them are there, for such an expensive hotel they are just lazy.

The food is not here, it's just not about anything !!! , everything is not tasty, the fish is constantly overcooked, it is not possible to eat beef, the baklava is all sour, the choice is very poor, there is simply no service, as for me this is the weakest side of the hotel, who wants to tear his stomach, then it's here. Food is zero, service is absolute zero.
Daytime animation is just a bunch of sleepy flies that sleep on the go, there is no activity at all, the desire to participate in any activities is completely absent (complete zero).

My ratings on a five-point system, food - 0 with a minus, service - 0, daytime animation - 0, territory - 5, pool-5, room - 5, cleaning - 4, evening show - 5, coffee house - 3, bars - 3 (they drink alcohol, you order jack or chivas, they will pour you from under the floor, you won’t see what they pour for you, the baileys is local, the tequila ran out after three days, the tomato juice ended even then, early in the morning I saw with my own eyes how all the remnants of different whiskey was poured into one bottle from the red label - IT'S A SHAME!! ! (then we drink this bodyaga with you), (airan, gozlume, ice cream at the level) At night, the hotel area and the pier are not illuminated, just darkness - "save" .

My verdict to the hotel: the hotel is not worth the money, I do not advise anyone to go on vacation here, saving on everything !! ! SHAME!! !

What I didn’t like yet was the way they cook the fish, it was constantly bitter and too dry, I don’t know if they fried it in mustard, or treated it with some kind of bitter sauce, but I don’t know how it was possible to spoil the fish like that so that it was simply not possible to eat it, although I really love fish. And in general, there were a lot of things about food, but it is difficult to choose something tasty. The first two days had to be spent on choosing what is really tasty and what is better not to take. In any case, there are plenty to choose from.
Separately, what I would like to draw the attention of the hotel administration to: this is the uniform of the security guards on the territory of the hotel, and the white shirt and black trousers with black shoes look stylish, but not in 30-45 degree heat when you lie under an umbrella by the pool in one swimsuit and you sweat a lot, and next to the sun in full uniform there is a guard without a headdress, then looking at him your heart bleeds, you think why people suffer so much, you can get either a sunstroke or a heat stroke. It’s just that when you feel good, but next to you it’s not clear how a person can withstand such heat, you begin to feel guilty that people should suffer because of your safety and comfort. I think that if the guards are in white shirts with short sleeves and black shorts with light white sneakers with white socks and a black cap, it will look very cool. And we will feel much better that nearby people work in more comfortable conditions. Indeed, in almost all hot countries, the police and military work in shorts.
But in general, we were satisfied with the rest, so I recommend this hotel.

The kitchen is quite - just enough for every taste. Alcohol is an import, but you need to emphasize if you take it in its pure form, Effes beer is also quite a drinkable lager. The rooms are all functional and quite clean - they clean every day, and the mini-bar is replenished every day. The hotel consists of one large building, where everything is well thought out and comfortable, not crowded and you feel quite comfortable throughout. The hotel also has shops, in one of them they bought local sweets and all that, the seller, a very nice guy Emil, makes good discounts, so the prices were at least no more expensive than in the village, or even cheaper.
The beach is very spacious and clean, the sea is unforgettable, there are marine activities nearby, there is a super pier with a shower and cool drinks.
Near the pool with places a little worse, but after dinner they were always free, everything you need was nearby: cakes, ice cream, a lobby bar.
