We stayed at the hotel from April 27th to May 3rd.
Cons for us:
Beach: There are no activities on the beach at all. We wanted to try a banana boat, a jet ski, and a boat. The pier is still under construction.
Restaurant: There are no juice machines; there's coffee, tea, and one orange juice from a machine that's constantly running out. To get something to drink, you have to go to the bar and stand in line or ask a waiter to bring it.
Room: They don't bring water at all.
Pool: One large, very cold.
Entertainment: We didn't experience any; apparently, the hotel only opens in May.
Restaurant by appointment: They won't let you book in if you're staying less than 7 nights.
Gym: Very old, under renovation, and dirty (nowhere to go for exercise).
Water park: We discovered it existed on the third day when we decided to go outside near the hotel. It turns out it's located BEHIND the hotel, at the exit, and not on the hotel grounds. So, you have to exit the hotel completely, walk about 300 meters, and then find a children's/adult water park and miniclub behind a fence by the road.
Everything else is great!
The room is beautiful, the food is huge and delicious, and the hotel grounds are compact.
