Good day!!
We were in Turkey for the first time, we went with a young man. We went with Teztur for 14 nights. We are satisfied with the operator, there are no complaints about them. Now I will write in more detail:
1. Hotel
-accommodation: quickly, without a hitch, because we arrived after lunch. Check-in after 14:00, check-out at 12:00. Separately, I would like to mention Aunt Ira - from the reception immediately they send her to "information about the hotel", where they gently push the boors)) we were in the sauna before departure, therefore we refused, and no one followed us later))
-room: I got a room on the 4th floor, at first glance it was cramped, but there were no inconveniences. Small TV with 2 Russian channels. The only thing I didn't like was the location of the air conditioner, right above the bed.

-food: overall good, satisfied. A lot of sweets, pastries right in the kitchen, chicken for lunch and dinner almost every day, fish on the coals, lamb kebab, turkey, chicken nuggets, meatballs, vegetables, fruits, ice cream for dinner.
- staff: good, made friends with many)
there were a couple of impudent, but it did not spoil the impression.
- cleaning: the cleaning is really bad. For 14 days, the bed was changed only once. . .
- beach: good, in the morning there were a lot of free sunbeds, but in the afternoon, at 16 o'clock, locals come, and there is no place. They asked how it was, because the beach is a hotel, they answered us, they say, they sell empty seats. if there is no place, approach the workers on the beach and demand a place (walk to the beach 5 minutes at a slow pace.
- souvenirs: they took everything in the market 150 m from the hotel, because the shopping offered by the operator, with a free transfer, is completely unprofitable, prices in these centers are several times higher.
- excursions: we went with Teztour to Cyprus ($ 230 / per 1 person), Pammukale-Ephesus (2 days $ 170 / per 1 person), Demre-Kekova-Myra Lycian ($ 55 per 1 person), expensive, but decided not to risk it .
I liked it very much, everything is clear, well thought out.
I hope this information is useful to you, I wish you a good rest)
If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer.
