At first, I began to find incomprehensible spots on myself and itch, thinking that it was an allergy to food, or to the sun.
A day later, we saw a BED crawling on clothes, and literally a minute later another one was on the bed (VIDEO PRESENT)!
We ran to the reception, and of course they didn’t change our number and said: live, girls in bedbugs until the morning.
In the morning, things got even worse. We were afraid to bring bedbugs home and asked to wash our things in the machine and dry.
At the reception, Atabel (THE MAIN ONE IN THIS HOTEL, he wears glasses) started shouting at us, refusing even laundry, waving his hands, he doesn’t care at all and in general that we solve “our” problems ourselves. We were shocked.
We wanted to take tickets to Moscow, but Nabi helped us, he washed things in a typewriter and threw 100 degrees into the dryer. We got bedbugs out of our clothes. And nothing has changed in the room, because the hotel management does not care about this, and specifically Atabel does not care about you, the tourists.
The receptionists apologized to us, Nabis, the tour operator.
And Atabel (the main one in this hotel) did not apologize, I'm already silent about some kind of complement.
By the way, then tourists vacationing here (THE LIVING IN OTHER ROOMS) also complained about the bites!!!!
