I stayed in room 320. It's spacious, plenty of room for two. The room is cleaned daily, with soap, shower gel, and toilet paper replenished, and towels are changed.
I'd like to especially commend the hotel's chef, Ali, and his team. The dishes are well-prepared, delicious, and most importantly, there's a wide selection, from naturally cooked chicken and fish to deep-fried options that kids love, such as nuggets and balls. There's an excellent selection of vegetables, fresh salads, and soups. Breakfast includes several delicious olives, delicious, not overly salty cheeses, and pancakes in the morning.
Overall, the food caters to every taste and is always very fresh.
The hotel beach is a 5-7-minute walk away, and you can also take the hotel bus in the morning and afternoon. The Panorama Beach section for hotel guests is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a paid bar. Importantly, there's always plenty of space for everyone, so there's no need to rush to reserve a spot in the morning; simply arrive at your convenience and enjoy your time.
The hotel has a swimming pool and an additional area with umbrellas and sun loungers, so you can spend time without going to the sea. The bar is open from 10:00 a. m. to 10:00 p. m.
The hotel grounds are cozy, and there's always plenty of space in the dining area for everyone; no one is wandering around with plates looking for a free table.
In the evening, music plays in the bar, making it a pleasant place to hang out or dance a little.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was a very cozy, pleasant atmosphere, and guests were well-served. Thanks to the hotel owner, Erkal, and his staff for their attentive and kind attitude toward guests. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.
Our room 406 was clean with a view of the mountains.
Erkal, the owner of the hotel, is a very responsible person.
I recommend Erkal Resort Hotel to everyone who is planning a budget holiday in Kemer.
The food at the hotel is delicious, even the pickiest will find something to enjoy. The owner of the hotel is a good-natured and very responsible person who is always ready to help and find an approach to every guest. I recommend Erkal Resort Hotel to everyone who is planning a vacation in Kemer. We lived in room 308
In general, if you, like me, like to walk to the beach (min. 12), walk to the Movement Center in the evening (from 20 minutes to 40 minutes), while living in more or less normal conditions and relative silence (I think maximum quiet for a resort town, since the music can be heard from the neighboring hotel), then you are in the right direction. I really think we were lucky with the price for the tour. I wouldn’t give the price that I see now, and if I did, I would really regret it.
The hotel is located almost on the outskirts of the city, or at the beginning of the city.
The hotel has its own beach, but you need to walk about 12 minutes to get there, or there is a transfer service at certain hours. We didn’t use the transfer, but like many, we drove around on the first day, realized where our beach was and walked. The beach is one of the last, but this is rather a plus for those who like to relax with a minimum of people around. The water is clean, the entry into the water is beautiful, the beach is sandy, in my opinion one of the best on the coast, although you may like which one you like.
On the way to the beach there is a shop with everything you need, so fruits, baklava...you can buy there. In the center of Kemer, of course, it’s a little cheaper, but it’s a 30-minute walk in the heat. . We didn’t go to the center during the day.
Why am I lowering my rating? Lies on the site. Every decent hotel, even 2-3 stars, has free WiFi at least somewhere, even near the reception desk. There is none, although the website states that there is free WiFi.
When you check in, you will be asked to pay 9 dollars/7 days for one gadget, or pay every day, but this turns out to be even more expensive. I’ll tell you this: it takes almost a day to get there, knowing that there is free WiFi (this was a criterion on the Vacation website) and not being able to notify your loved ones upon arrival at the hotel that everything is fine with you, then this is not the norm. And then they immediately tell you that it’s not from the room, but from the person (gadget).
They took out the trash + there was a quick wet cleaning of the top areas every day. But if you suddenly want to change the towels, then you need to look for someone and strictly on the 4th day, you can’t do it earlier. Bed linen is not changed 7 days in advance, if this is important to someone. It’s not very convenient with beach towels, because on the 4th day from the sea water they become heavy and almost stand up, and you can’t change them before, everything is strict. Oh, and a deposit, like 5 dollars, for a beach towel, which is then returned when you leave.
In terms of food, it’s mostly vegetables, always 4 types of dishes: soup, some kind of porridge or potatoes, chicken/nuggets and stewed vegetables. As for me, the men looked at it all with sad eyes. I was fine, although I didn’t gain much, a couple of days out of seven I was completely fast, maybe we got it that way, of course. There was watermelon and melon. The sweets were all very not tasty, well, very not tasty, except for the brownies. But it was difficult to get the brownies)) We managed to do it twice)).
In the center of Kemer you can eat a wide variety of delicious food, so this is not the main thing. Just update the information on the site and write the truth.
And also the friendly owners of the hotel are always with tourists.
We wish prosperity to the hotel and as many vacationers as possible!

During the rest period, I had a birthday, I was solemnly greeted with lights, a delicious cake with candles, and dancing. It was very nice)
Delicious cuisine, cool bar, great staff.
The girls and I are grateful to all of you and remember everyone!! !
Internet in the hotel is paid, but the coverage is normal everywhere.
On the territory of the hotel there are 2 swimming pools (for children and adults) and a playground. There is also a spa on the premises of the hotel (there is also a fee, but it is worth it - a great way to relax! ).
The beach is within walking distance of 10-15 minutes. There is also a free shuttle from/to the hotel, so it's not a problem at all.
The beach itself is sandy and pebbly. Deck chairs are free, you cannot take towels to the beach from the hotel. You can use your own, or take it as a pledge at the reception ($5: you return the towels, they also return the money).
The center of Kemer is a 20-25 minute walk from the hotel. If you need it faster, you can take a bus that runs every 10 minutes. The cost per adult is $1, and you can get there in 2-3 minutes.
This location of the hotel allows you to breathe in the good mountain air and sleep in silence, instead of breathing in the exhaust of a rather large amount of loud traffic in the city center.
The rooms are neat and clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. All plumbing, refrigerator and air conditioner are working. We had a room with a mountain view.
Food is simple, tasty and nutritious. You will definitely not go hungry. There were always fresh fruits (watermelons, peaches, grapes, plums and apples) and vegetables. Lentil soup and olives are very tasty.
Tea, coffee, juices and wine, cola and fanta at the bar are freely available all day.
Many thanks to chef Ali, hotel guide Mustafa, receptionist Mehmet and all the staff of Erkal Hotel in general.
The hotel is excellent, the service is wonderful (beds and towels were changed, the room was cleaned), the food is excellent. As for small technical errors, such as a toilet, a shower stall, an air conditioner, a faucet, not everyone’s home has them in perfect condition, not to mention the fact that some “liberators” do not have this at all.
The owner of the hotel, Erkal, is a pleasant, hospitable person, the chef is friendly, and the reception staff is always ready to help.
A big hello to the owner’s wife Anna, with whom we have an excellent relationship.
