We rested in Vogue from May 11 to May 21.2009, deliberately chose a new hotel, realizing that there may be imperfections, but decided on this trip, because we decided that $ 2.000 for two for 11 days is a great option for a vacation in a five star hotel. (and they weren't wrong! ). We were not interested in the water park, the amphitheater and the children's town, since we were going to relax together, go in for sports, get a tan and improve our health with the help of SPA procedures.

Hotel - lived in the main building - the room is excellent (see photo), it is clear that the designer has worked, everything is new, made in the same colors; but, a couple of times we had to sleep under the knock of a hammer on the floor above - In the room - plasma, minibar (wine, beer, snacks, strong drinks, alas, are missing), on the balcony - wicker furniture. The building itself is somewhat reminiscent of Rixos (lobby bars, etc).

They cleaned every day, changed linen every 3 days, everything was clear, they didn’t bother with their presence, they cleaned it in our absence, imperceptibly, however, they didn’t vacuum it every day, apparently, you need to motivate the staff with a tip every time. The hotel at the time of our stay operated the main restaurant (free of charge), French and Japanese-Chinese (paid).

The food is quite decent, I can’t say that we were surprised by something, but the very atmosphere of snow-white tablecloths, beautiful curtains, excellent interior design was conducive to a pleasant pastime at the table. Brought at will for breakfast, lunch and dinner, freshly squeezed orange juice, wine, spirits. 3 dining halls worked, without a flea market, everything is of high quality and functional. In between the main three meals a day, you could have a bite to eat in a couple of snack bars and Irish Pgb (e), drink a cup of Turkish coffee and tea.
We were in a Japanese-Chinese restaurant, tried sushi, sole, king prawns, cold sake - in general, a complete set. We, Moscow's spoiled residents, were hard to surprise with this, although we were pleased with the excellent service, but, nevertheless, the cost for one (and it is fixed) - at 50 euros, we consider it clearly overpriced. 100 euros for such a dinner, after all, is a little expensive.

The same can be said about the SPA - yes, good procedures, from a coffee scrub to a manual massage done by Chinese women, but the cost (if we talk about price-quality) is also overpriced - from 50 euros (minimum) to 250 euros. The interior is wonderful, the design concept is obvious, but the service has not yet been debugged - the staff changes often, there were failures in the computer system for paying for procedures. The advantage is that now, while the flow of tourists is small, you can agree on discounts for procedures, if you take several at once - we managed to drop the cost of 6 procedures by 20%.
I think that in the future they will not go for discounts, since they will need to recoup the investments invested in the SPA (according to them, this is 40.000 euros).

The territory of the hotel - in our opinion, is poor, it is clear that they were in a hurry with planting, there is no concept yet, everything is planted in a hurry, the garden and the park have not yet turned out. What is shown on computer mock-ups (how it should look) and what is in reality - heaven and earth. One pool, then - a bar near the pool, an open-air restaurant (Turkish), then the beach - I agree with the comments of other vacationers - a very narrow strip, at the time of full settlement it will be crowded - the bulk of sunbathers are near the pool and on the pier, where there are sun loungers and tents. The proximity of the hotel to the road did not bother us, we had a very good room in the main building, we did not hear any noise from the road.
Animation - at the time of our stay, the amphitheater was not working, so there were no evening shows - the evening program was limited to a disco in the main building and karaoke in Irish Pub (e) - karaoke in Irish Pub (e) looked blasphemous, but our compatriots really liked it. We were little interested in the evening program, we got up early and went to bed early, as we played tennis 2 times a day - in the morning, when it was not hot in the evening. The quartz courts are super, beyond praise, some of the best we have ever seen. But with the rental of rackets and balls - bad luck came out, since Tez Tour promised free rental, but in fact - 10 euros per hour, we had our own rackets, but this surprise was to pay for rental equipment and a rather expensive cost of lighting in the evening ($30 an hour) was not pleasant. In addition, chairs and an umbrella were put on the courts only on the third day of our stay, but about the service - below.
Daytime animation consisted of traditional aqua aerobics, water polo, boccia, yoga (at not very good times - when it's hot); you could also go to the fitness room (good equipment, but worse than in world class (e). It's nice that after sports you could go not only to the hammam (new, spacious), but also visit the Russian bath (wonderful pine smell), steam, swim in the heated pool.

Children's Town - they did not use it, but, according to vacationers, it is beyond praise - a huge territory with a water park, a large number of advanced games and toys, they are engaged with children, children and adults are delighted. Better than Rixos by an order of magnitude.

Service is a separate story - in our opinion, Turkish employees of guest relations are more responsible and conscientious than our Russian side; they left a swimsuit by the pool (it happened on the weekend when local Turkish vacationers come to the hotel - the sight is not very pleasant, since the Romanians, Bulgarians, Israelis are still nothing, but these foreign nationals are a little annoying), the swimsuit was not found, the bureau of forgotten things ( as in the same Rixos) is missing, in my opinion, it was taken by Turkish guests; the same story happened to our other Russian couple - things left unattended on the beach sailed away forever. Representatives of Tez Tour are somehow sluggish, they don’t keep information about the guests - the fact that we had an individual transfer learned from us, it’s good that we reminded them of this on the eve of departure. The Turkish staff is trying, the waiters work quickly and accurately - both on the beach and in the main building, the staff is friendly and not intrusive.
In general, summing up all of the above, we can say that - a vacation for 2000 for two for 11 days was a success, everything that was needed worked, but if we consider this hotel for 3000 -3500, then, in our opinion. he is not worth it yet; maybe in a year, in a year and a half; now the red price for it is 2500 (subject to the work of amphitheaters and declared restaurants, improved territory).

Yes, and the last thing - comrades and gentlemen, if possible, fly on a regular flight - Atlant Soyuz - complete shit!
As we were detained there due to technical problems - the planes are old, ventilation does not work everywhere, dirty, cramped, the crew is not friendly, scared, and back - we were put on the plane, and then it turned out that the starter was broken - we sat in a stuffy plane almost 3 hours; the plane was not removed during landing, it was smelling from the toilet, and the crew referred to the Turkish side, which allegedly does not clean the toilets - the crew was completely indifferent to the passengers, only in the event of a conflict, when the crew was pointed to dirty toilets and not working ventilation, attempts were made to improve the situation - they opened the hatch so that fresh air would come in, they treated the toilet rooms with fragrances. Only the captain of the ship introduced himself, the rest refused to give their last name, in general, a complete scoop!

Perhaps that's all, have a nice rest for everyone, the main thing is good weather, not Moscow!
