The hotel left a very ambiguous impression. . . It can be seen that everything started well in it, but two years ago the owner changed. The hotel was managed by people from sunny Azerbaijan. I'm not ready to say that the connection is direct, but the changes compared to what people wrote 3-4 years ago are big and for the worse!!!
So, let's start with the reception. . . The air conditioning does not work !!!!!!! ! (I heard the version that there are mainly personnel there, but he will do fine anyway... )
Even for those who have problems with imagination, it is easy to imagine the Turkish seaside, summer and... the air conditioner turned off at the main entrance to the luxury resort. . .

The service at the reception is bad. . . The only pleasant exception is Nadezhda (highly recommended - guest relations manager) Only with her help did we manage to somehow resolve the issue of early check-in. The young lady at the counter stupidly froze with such an expression on her face, like it’s not me with my visit, but she supports me with her standing at the counter... In general, a special thank you to Nadezhda. Due to the fact that she was the only one who did her job, this slightly corrected the negative of the first two hours of arrival and sitting in a stuffy hall. . .
Next... WiFi is not. For many, this is not critical, but all the posters say that it is... Although I'm a little wrong... it is, it's just not everywhere and not always, but even in the lobby the speed is never higher than 0.4 Mbps. For those who are not in the know, this is at least 10 times worse than regular 3G...

The downside is that it is not well maintained: where the tiles fall off, the bushes are not trimmed (the first time I saw this)
There are two pools. The remaining three are imprisoned for villas and you will not use them...
Animation - not annoying. Fine
Water park - consider that it does not exist. Firstly, it is very small, secondly, it is located extremely inconveniently.
The hotel eliminates flaws in a very original way. . . They are made hard to see.
