Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For business travel; For families with children; For recreation with friends, for young people
Well, rest is always good, but good rest is Premium class (I thought so). So we went to try this Premium vacation. I will write what I would attribute to the Premium level:
1. SPA center. Outwardly very beautiful in oriental style with incense, meditation music. Cozy, quiet and peaceful. The hamam is big, beautiful, the employees are kind. We went there to the hammam for peeling, since every time we arrive at the sea we start with this pleasure. But after this peeling, there was a feeling that I was stupidly washed. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
2. The fitness center with an indoor pool is good, there is also a vitamin bar where they give freshly squeezed juice is also good, it works all day.
3. The main pool is large, comfortable, decorated, there are enough places, you can always find a place.

4. Hotel lobby with a reception area where boutiques and a lobby bar are located. At the level. The lobby bar is the best in the hotel in my opinion. We often went there to drink cocktails and good imported drinks. Cocktails are delicious, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There are always few people there, it is quiet and you can calmly, relaxedly sit and sip something. In other bars, it is better to take a drink in its pure form.
5. Lunopark and kids club. They are located far from the active zone. There are not many swings in the amusement park, but they are good, beautiful, new, bright, children like them. Designed only for children under 10 years old. BUT, he works on the strength of 1 hour a day. It is opened after dinner, we walked there and had time to ride for about thirty minutes before the mini-disco. Then they close everything, apparently to drive the kids to the disco. And that's it, a little good. The kids club is like nothing, we didn’t go there, there’s nothing to share. The water slides are pretty good too.
Well, it's probably all about the premium class. More on the rest.
1. Nutrition. I have always wondered how people can write in reviews about the fact that there was nothing to eat. I began to understand them. I have never seen such a poor assortment. And on top of that, a lot of food was just tasteless (okay, maybe it's my taste, although I'm quite omnivorous). Of the side dishes - empty rice and french fries sometimes pasta. For the first time in Turkey, only baklava could be eaten from the sweet table. The rest was nothing. The fruit table was bursting with a variety of unripe fruits. Only apples were ripe, last year's tasteless grapes, strawberries, sometimes bananas, watermelon and melon. And the fruits are not washed well. Of course we did not go hungry, but this is far from premium. In general, the food there does not even pull for 4 stars.

2. Service. The waiters work well everywhere, you ask nicely, they bring everything you need. And if you still thank with money, then in general he is yours forever. Maids, this is a separate issue. When we checked in, we had two sets of linen and towels in the room, since we had another 7-year-old child with us, we needed one more set, no matter how much we asked for them, so we did not wait for this set. The room did not have a toilet brush, like a trifle, but sometimes very necessary. There was no glass for toothbrushes. We all asked for this, asked, and did not wait. And I didn’t want to go to the reception to swear, they didn’t come for this. As a result, we had a can of cola as a stand for toothbrushes. It didn't bother them either.
3. Beach. Narrow, cramped, everything is somehow crowded, uncomfortable, very reminiscent of Ukraine, the Nikolaev region. Only a small piece of the beach is covered with sand and everyone is crowding there. The rest of the beach is pebble. Bar on the beach. I watched the picture. The child played with a plastic glass in the sand, the waiter took this glass from the child, rinsed it with water and put it in clean glasses. After that, on the beach we took only bottled water.
4. Territory. Vegetation is poorly monitored, a lot of dry bushes, just dried up. Dried flowers are not removed, there is no feeling of spring and fragrance.
5. A'la carte restaurants. There are no free ones. Half of the restaurants - entrance $ 15 per person, half - a paid menu. So there were very few crazy people.
6. We were very amused by the local scam. Do you want a yacht trip? Yacht rental 10 thousand euros per day! But we will give you a discount for 7 thousand. Or there is a bigger yacht for 5 thousand euros or the simplest one for 2 thousand. Or so. Come to the Turkish carpet shop in the lobby of the hotel today. We're having a big sale today! How much can you buy a carpet? From 20 thousand euros and above. They probably sell 1 carpet per season and pay for everything. Braid afro braids - 1 pigtail -5 euros. Photos at the hotel - 1 photo - $ 10. In our race, two evenings in a row, pop groups from Russia performed - Band-Eros and Fabrika. So they made money on it! They put sofas with tables 10 meters from the stage and sold reservations for $ 500 per table. Next to the tables they made standing tables that were sold for $100. That's awesome what stars have arrived. And the simpler people stood in front of the stage and broke off all the VIP boxes.

In general, the hotel does not leave any emotions, there is no soulful atmosphere in it, there is no zest, everything is very banal and standard. We did not see the premium level there. We used to rest, as it seemed to me, in simpler hotels, but everything was much more worthy.
