Good afternoon. We spent a day in this hotel, most of them decided to move to another hotel. Believe me, all the reviews on this hotel are real, bearing negative descriptions. Until recently, we did not believe them and flew to rest with a good attitude. But we could not imagine such an ass.
In Turkey already 9 times and we understand the quality of service that should be. In this hotel, it is missing from the doorstep. There is simply no security, the entrance group is dirty, at the entrance to the hotel the feeling that we ended up in a hammam is so humid and stuffy, the reception cannot be broken through with a cannon shot. The people stand with claims, scandals all day long.
The whole hotel is dirty, everyone has a different concept of dirty, as I understood from the positive reviews. So I will explain to you my concept of a dirty hotel. All the windows in the hotel, and there are a lot of them in solid spots, smeared with dirty fingers. The same stains on the elevator doors, no one is in a hurry to clean it. There is simply no food, this is not the kind of food that is served even in budget hotels, there is nothing to eat. The bar is completely empty. Fruits do not surprise us, but there is an assortment.

The staff in the dining room, due to the lack of knowledge of Russian, tried not to approach us, mostly they communicated with the locals. The tables are not refreshed after the guests, if you sit down after someone, it will be a greasy, dirty table. You go and take the instruments yourself, because There is no staff to serve you. The fish is not even on the grill. The grill is like a queue in a mausoleum, you stand with an outstretched plate to take the meat planed like a paper sheet. You bring your own drinks.
Hamam, God forbid, to get there, we had to go down to the hamam. It was necessary to take a shower, which in the room fills the entire bathroom knee-deep. This is a problem throughout the hotel. So the hammam starts with dampness with a crap sewer smell. Then we were given towels that are used for the beach. To our surprised question “these are definitely towels after a shower”, “of course! ” was the answer. And then, Mom, don't worry! It’s even just a shame to write where they brought us and that we ended up there. We just turned around and ran as far as we could.
Everywhere in the hotel on the floor, water drips and pours where and from where it is not clear, the probability of slipping is high. The toilets are kapets dirty, there is no toilet on the beach, you have to run to the pool, and there the toilet is completely unsanitary, which is dragged into the pool along with shoes. The descent to the beach in some places without ladders and you have to somehow not humanly jump off. The sea is excellent.
Animation is dead. In the side of the villas, there is an eerie smell of sewage, it is simply not closed and covered with something incomprehensible, and vacationers are forced to breathe this gas. The territory is not cleaned as foliage and needles fall from the trees, so it is lying around, no one cares about this garbage. I was shocked by the flies, of which there are a huge number, and if you decide to eat on the street, then wait for sewer guests to your plate. I have never met flies in Turkey, even now we are in another hotel. There are no flies.

About the rooms, in the villa, in the building, a complete atas! The towels are not white, but dirty grey. It is clear that the water in the shower does not go away and flows out, what the guest will be able to do in the first place is to quickly throw a towel on the floor. Here is the conclusion, this towel then stupidly extends and you will be hung up again. And they are terribly smelly. No housekeeping! In one of the numbers, you won’t believe it, there was a tulle with a huge hole, the size of a soccer ball. Toilets without lids in the rooms. You can write more. In a word, a pigsty, not a hotel! Change your hotel before it's too late. Now the peak season, hotels are all to capacity. We were looking for a free hotel for relocation for a very long time, but we had a big company. Thank God, we are in another hotel and this is heaven and earth. Do not lose your money, nerves and vacation days!
