Settled in a dirty room: garbage from previous guests on the floor, dirty bathrobes and towels, dirty plumbing, food leftovers in the refrigerator, dried stains from spilled drinks. The mini-club is abandoned, its territory is not cleaned. There are plastic utensils on the beach. The dishes in the restaurant are dirty. From fruits only apples, green pears, plums and bananas. And sour grapes too. Lines for food. There are not enough seats in the restaurant. The waiters don't know any languages ​ ​ other than Turkish, or pretend they don't. In the bar, children's orders are ignored, you have to go to the bar with the children to fetch water. In the gym, the simulators are broken, the dumbbells are incomplete. And on July 27 and 28, the gym was flooded in general, water was flowing from the ceiling, but no one did anything, they limited themselves only to putting buckets under dripping water. Room cleaning is not provided. From July 21 to July 28 inclusive, I left requests for reception, but there was no cleaning. After contacting the hotel guide on July 28, the cleaners nevertheless came, but they were talking with each other with obvious displeasure and frankly did not understand why the remains of the previous guests on the floor and dirty bathrobes prevented me, they say, I also have a problem, I would clean it myself. By the way, all this pleasure cost me 205.500 rubles for 12 nights for 1 adult and two children.
