Usually I don’t write reviews, but this time before the trip I read a lot of conflicting reviews about this hotel, and first of all for people who are also faced with a choice, as well as for the management of this hotel, with a clearly complicated history, I decided to share my experience of staying in this hotel.
So, in a nutshell, the hotel is beautiful, with a large and beautiful territory, but there are minor flaws that completely spoil the experience ..!
For those who are thinking about whether to go or not, there are a few points that are not in the hotel description:
- Although the beach is 900 m long, only 30-40% is available for guests of the main building, the rest is only for guests of the villas, the same can be said about the territory - when they write that the territory is 15.000 sq. m, this also means the territory on which the villas are located, and this is offhand 30-35% on which you can’t walk, but I also want to add that in general, that the beach, that the territory is sufficient and we were not cramped!
- The water park is 50% open (only half of the slides are open).
- Children's animation, and animation in general can be said to be absent.
- The children's area is a luxurious area in the form of a town with a lot of rooms and an amphitheater and attractions, BUT IT PRACTICALLY DOES NOT WORK - there is one girl from 10 to 12 who needs nothing and that's it ..!
NOW WHAT I WOULD LOVE TO READ THE MANUAL:
- On the one hand, I would like to praise you, because reading the reviews of the past few years, I understand that a lot of work has been done and everything is much better than it was 2-3 years ago, namely: there were a lot of reproaches about the kitchen - now everything was at the highest level and tasty and constant variety, cheeses, various meats, constantly several types of fish, seafood (mussels, squids, crayfish ... ), well done here; service at the reception - sympathetic and always helped, in bars - they smile, in the dining room - like electric brooms. In general, they put things in order!
SEPARATELY I want to highlight the SPA center - everything here is at the highest level and a special THANK YOU to the guys Ellina - she sat with the child with pleasure and absolutely free of charge while we were massaged, the guys Alp and Serhat just took a great steam bath and gave us a massage !!!
BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE :
- DIRT - the first thing a guest sees is a beautiful carpet along the long corridors, WHICH PROBABLY NEVER VACUUMED, and the room was extremely poorly cleaned upon check-in, but we were still lucky - when we checked in, at least there was no hair on the floor and in bathroom and toilet was clean, but other guests were not so lucky and every now and then we heard outrage. On the other hand, we had something sticky in the bathroom, similar to spilled jam, which we ourselves easily managed to wash off with a shower, cleaning in the following days - it was a change of towels, a change of bed and SCRUB on the floor around the bed with a dirty mop - IN GENERAL, CLEANING IS YOUR THE WEAKEST POINT - FIX!!!
- It's also a pity to look at a huge, cool children's area where nothing works !!!! ! The amphitheater is not used, the rides are in the trash and the cobwebs do not work, the town - yes, give 5 animators there instead of the sad girl who is constantly sitting and the parents will be happy - RESTORE THE TOWN AND SUPPLY NORMAL ANIMators!
- Well, for the rest, everything is also trifles - for example, trimmed bushes only as long as there were enough hands without a ladder, there is practically no animation on the beach, evening events at the 3 * level, etc.
In general, I wish you strength and skill in order to restore its former glory, and most importantly, the quality of relaxation in your hotel!! !
