Dear readers! I want to share with you my opinion about the Kemer Resort hotel and Coral Travel tour operator.
I must say right away that the purpose of the trip was an elite vacation (as promised on German and Russian websites) - ultra all inclusive.
First, about Coral Travel: guys, do not rest with this company, choose Pegasus, for example, or something else. This is not an advertisement, just back in Moscow we had to deal with a boorish attitude towards tourists. Coral Travel took a deposit, half the cost of the tour, and promised to complete all the documents 2 days before the trip. The day before the trip, we ourselves had to cut off the Coral Travel phone and ask about our vouchers, they yelled at us almost obscenely - like they paid half - you still can’t go anywhere, go. And half of the documents were not ready, the insurances were not ready. I don't want to throw mud at Moscow offices, but I should. It is a pity that there is no section on your official website - reviews in capital letters. It's a shame you don't know how to work! ! !
In Turkey, Coral Travel agents don't catch mice either!

About Kemer Resort hotel, I will immediately say 5 stars - this is only 4 -. Yes, everything is fine ....a beautiful hotel, clean and tidy on the territory, the pools are beautiful and the staff is helpful. Yes, for those who do not go into details!

Somehow everything is not organized, animators, instead of entertaining people, frame rich uncles. Laugh at the elderly while charging.
The most offensive was that all the entertainment on the street ended by 12, you lie like a fool in your room and think why there is such cool music in the disco in the neighboring hotel. Therefore, who wants to break away, other hotels are for you - Orange or Maxim. Kemer Resort is a family hotel for pensioners!
Some will argue why we need a hotel, we have all inclusive.... we need a drink! ! ! ! I also wanted to drink, after 2 days I realized that I wouldn’t be able to drink here ....guys, everything is diluted to such concentrations that you can’t swallow. Cognac, rum, vermouth - it was complete shit! They made cocktails in the evening - shame on the bartender, almost no one drank. Wine and raki were fine, whiskey too - until the supply ran out.
Food is a different story. They save on everything, there was practically no meat. They interfered with everything they could, a lot of vegetables, no meat! For my 2 weeks - lamb was 3 times. It seems that the tables are breaking, everything is beautiful, a lot ....but sorry, everything is so cheap!
Frozen cutlets from a bag, such as you will buy in a supermarket in times of famine, potatoes are also from a bag. The fish is old. The pastries were okay, but the fruit was a disaster. There were almost none - everything was green or rotten. Sorry, but the food was also sometimes spoiled.
Positive, too, of course. The beach is beautiful and clean, the food in the outdoor restaurants is good, the staff is friendly! BUT, for the kind of money that WE PAY Kemer Resort a lot should be better. Who rested before, very much praised the hotel, now everything - they say sour! If you are not picky about food, drink or entertainment, then Kemer Resort is for YOU! But with the same success you can relax to the campsite, for a smaller amount.
According to my impressions, I do not recommend this hotel, who wants to have fun - I wrote above, who wants a more sophisticated holiday - this is Amara.
Another note, do not go on excursions with SEKER tour, this is a tour agency on the streets of Kemer!
They are not safe, remember the bus in May. It could be the same with us, the driver fell asleep at the wheel in our bus, thank God, he was awakened on time.
