"Welcome to Belpoint Prison! " Andre, the administrator, grinned and offered to see the room. He said that we were lucky, as we got a good room with a view of the garden and the sea.
Tired from the road (the night was sleepless), I followed him, leaving my wife and son with their suitcases at the reception.

The first thing that alerted me was the elevator. Inside is darkness. A gloomy LED lamp hanging from wires creates a kind of intimate atmosphere in a stuffy booth. Doors open and close immediately, if you do not have time - pinch. Attraction "Elevator-killer", as we called it later. Due to the fact that not all were nimble, he often stood idle, since people had to be released by using force, and the shutdown protection worked.

The room seemed at first glance quite normal: a bath, three beds, a small refrigerator, a small TV, air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the palm tree and the main building.

To the left was a garden and a piece of the sea. Having previously read the reviews of tourists about the problems with settling in, I decided that I had a lucky ticket and agreed to move in. In principle, I did not expect more from a 3-star hotel room.

We checked in after 14:00, lunch was already over. Sleepy and hungry, they began to wait for dinner. At 16:00 a meeting with the guide took place (introductory briefing, where everything is, where you can go, advertising excursions, hammam, etc. ).

It was time for the start of dinner, 19:30. From the balcony, we watched a marvelous picture - an impressive queue began to gather near the closed grille of the entrance to the restaurant. They laughed: "wild people ... ", before they saw such videos only on youtube, and decided to go later, although they hadn't eaten anything all day. As it turned out later, in vain ...
Arriving later, we found that there were no empty seats, only the remains of vegetables and empty trays that used to contain chicken were left from the provisions.
In general, catering is the main problem of this hotel.
The breakfast is better, apparently not everyone goes. Boiled eggs, soy sausages, vegetables, cereals, milk.
Lunch is a different story. In order not to remain hungry, I had to stand in line with everyone else, feeling humiliated and insulted, looking down...At the appointed time, the grate opened, and the crowd, pushing each other, was divided into two parts: dishes only one table), the second half took places at the tables. For lunch, they mainly gave rice, potatoes, pasta, soy products, vegetables. For two weeks they gave shawarma a couple of times, but such a queue - mother don’t cry ...Chicken meat had to be obtained with a fight. An unimaginable crowd was created around the distribution.

Heavy aunts ran into the line with a running start, and, pushing everyone with their elbows, tried to catch the coveted chicken with their spoons, swearing along the way and sending the indignant away. Through the crowd, almost between the legs of those standing in line, hands reached out to get a clean plate (which was far from always clean). With clean plates, I also strained, they ended quickly, people stood waiting for the waiter to take out a couple of freshly rinsed ones. With me, the girl filmed all this action on video, maybe she will post it on youtube later ...
From fruits - apples, pretty good. Watermelon and melon were also constantly available, but you have to queue for them.
In the so-called "restaurant" during the day it was constantly hot and stuffy, there was a "greenhouse effect". Lots of flies.
There was a constant puddle near the yupi drink machine (there is no blockage and the kids are constantly pouring small plastic cups).
Near the coffee machine, paper cups were constantly running out, people had to pour into thin plastic ones, burning themselves. We brought our own kettle with us, it was easier for us...
Most people at dinner. If you want something to get - you need to run in the forefront. There were even battles for chairs...
"You yourself are not funny? " - I asked the director of the hotel watching the feeding. He smiled shyly and spread his hands...

The room was cleaned badly, for show. In the early days they left "tips", but there were no improvements. They didn't leave any more. Towels were changed every three days, but to change, you need to take the dirty ones to the reception yourself, and pick up the clean ones there. It happened that clean towels were not available, you had to wait and do without them.
Toilet paper, soap and shower gel had to be obtained by ourselves. At the end of the corridor on the 4th floor there was a room with a cleaning cart...
The insides of the toilet tank fell apart on the 5th day of our stay. At the reception during the day on this issue, I approached three times, after which there was a conversation with the director. Already late in the evening they changed them to new ones (hello to the subsequent prisoners of cell "2410"). There was no curtain in the bathroom, thanks to the administrator Andre - he worked quickly and in the evening a new one was already hanging. The toilet, bathtub and sink do not seem to be cleaned at all. At the end of our race, the sink drain clogged, but again the administration had no desire to beg for something ...

Hot water problem. In the morning and in the evening it is not there, during the day it appears according to a cunning algorithm. As far as I understood from the reviews, this is the problem of the "B" case, everything seems to be fine in the other cases. Because of this, there was a constant abuse of vacationers with the administration. One man even threatened to call the police and "die here at the reception. "
“Maybe you open the tap in the wrong direction, ” the administrator Olga trolls the man.

The electricity went out for a long time several times. Accordingly, there was no water, the vending machine with drinks did not work, and even in the bar it was not possible to drink beer. In the very heat, I didn’t want to go to the sea ...There was a case that at night someone in the dark using the phone was looking for his number ...

The safe in the room cost $15 for 2 weeks. It is closed with a large key, you carry the key with you.

There is one Russian-language "Channel 1" on TV, but with terrible interference. We didn't watch it.

In the evenings, children's disco and competitions from 21:00 to 21:30. After that, disco for adults and karaoke until midnight. The repertoire is the same - the old hits of Russian pop music ("Hands up" and others like them). There is no animation as such. Tipsy women sing loudly and out of tune, imagining themselves as stars. We did not attend these events, we had to listen at a distance while trying to fall asleep.
It’s not far to go to the sea, about 5 minutes. To take a sunbed on the beach, you need to come by 8 o’clock. Many sunbeds are broken. Thanks to the reviews, we found a wild beach at the end of the village, near the Premier Palace Hotel, and then we went only to it. There are few people, pines, rocks - beauty. Entry into the water is better than on a public beach, the pebbles are smaller, the sand is cleaner.

In general, thanks to nature, clean and warm sea, it turned out to relax. But I believe that for the money paid for accommodation in Belpoint Beach, you can find a better hotel. We are not spoiled, we have lived in troikas before (though in Europe), but I do not recommend this hotel.
