Good afternoon. I want to tell you about the rest in a wonderful hotel called Belpoint beach hotel.
To begin with, I turned to the tour agency of Coral Travel to select a long-awaited vacation. The girl advised the city of Kemer (before that they were in Alanya) and the Belpoint beach hotel. The hotel was presented as a four equal to five. Previously, we rested in 4 + and expected something similar. Immediately stipulated that the beach - pebbles. Separate dedicated beach, with its own sun loungers and umbrellas. 1st line, lots of greenery, nature. Well, they showed beautiful pictures, immediately glanced at the reviews. There were both bad and good, because people are different, I thought, you can’t please everyone. I bought vouchers already urgently, so I decided to take it right away (never do this, take the proposed options and read the reviews on different sites again at home, otherwise hurrying up and trusting the first tour operator, the rest will be ruined like mine . .
) the sweetest reviews were already studied a day before departure, and then I already realized that the rest would be “kapets”, but still there was a glimmer of hope.

We flew with Yamal charter airlines, before that we flew on Boeings. Therefore, seeing this plane, the mood became even sadder. But, I want to say in vain, yes, the plane is small, there is no TV and blankets, but we took off and sat down perfectly (back and forth), very polite staff, an hour after departure, soft drinks were offered, followed by breakfast (breakfast was 2 -x options, and this and that was very tasty), after tea / coffee and also soft drinks. They flew well, smoothly, and they flew there in the tail, back at the very beginning, there were no complaints, everything was fine, they landed perfectly. Tour operator Tui met us. We met well, the bus is large, comfortable, the guide is very nice and pleasant girl. Our hotel was the first, in this we were lucky, we drove from the airport in 30-40 minutes.
But from that moment the luck stopped. The entrance to the hotel begins with a garbage dump and long-term construction. We arrived at 8 in the morning, and the rooms are settled after 2, dibilism of course, but what to do. Checked in, left the suitcases at the reception and went to change clothes to go to the sea. We were taken to the local hammam, which is located under the dining room, to change clothes. The view is not pleasant...dirty, uncomfortable. After that, returning to the reception, we decided to connect wi-fi, it costs $ 10 for 7 days. No less, no more. And no one cares how many days you rest. At first it worked fine, then it started to mess up. It was possible to connect it only by the end of the day of arrival, it didn’t work for them, then there was no girl who distributes one-time flogs, etc. Late in the evening I managed to knock out this wi-fi password for $ 10. In general, further, we decided not to go to the sea until we were settled, to go to the sea for about 5 minutes, across the road.
We were warned in advance, when crossing the road, be careful, no one yields to pedestrians. So it was. Having reached the sea, the shock intensified even more, you know, the beach reminded me of the cheap Russian south ... The beach is mixed sand with stones and garbage (seeds, cigarette butts, food leftovers, etc. ), and no one cleans up there. Barely found free sunbeds (if you can call it rusty pieces of iron with dirty, peeled mattresses thrown over them). They walk along the beach and yell offering hot corn, seeds, etc. I immediately remembered Anapa, in short, a shame. We decided to swim in the long-awaited sea and it's not so simple. Instead of the promised pebbles, there were STONES. When we saw this, we just freaked out. Entering the sea, the wave beat on the legs, the legs beat against these cobblestones, go in and not fall or hit so that you break the floor of your legs - luck. And then we finally realized that the rest will be hellish. Later we learned about special slippers, which of course we purchased.
The fact that in normal hotels, a really private beach, special entrances are equipped for a painless visit to the sea, cobblestones are cleared somewhere and sprinkled with sand, but, unfortunately, we saw all this in other people's hotels.

Next, the promised gym. Well, what can I say, approaching the sea, on a hill there are time for street simulators, I am attaching a photo, check it out.

Let's go further. After relaxing on luxurious sun loungers, swimming in the sea (the only joy, because the sea is not the merit of the hotel), we went to the hotel to the pool. And there is also fun, there are not enough sun loungers for everyone, someone huddles on mattresses in couscous on the lawn, someone on a bench, in general, the service is 0. We were lucky, we took the sun loungers. We decided to have drinks at a local bar: tables are dirty, ants are everywhere, etc. We decided to take beer and wine (red and white to choose from).
It is difficult to convey the taste of this horror in words: beer is the cheapest, bitter; wine is a complete badyaga, red is still nothing, and white is a complete mess. The bar also has a coffee machine (it is not possible to drink coffee at all, full burnt, only if you take a cappuccino, but it is not always available). I tried the juice once - water with dye and a bag of sugar, I don’t know how the children drank it, another question is how you can pour it in general, for a minute! the hotel is declared as a family hotel - I’ll run ahead for the children there are no conditions (no food, no drinks, no animation, nothing !! ! ) In general, after drinking delicious beer and wine, one of the vacationers spoke to us and described her vacation in colors (she departed that day). She told the same thing: that she was shocked, for the money given for the tour, such a terrible hotel, although before that she also rested at 4 and got used to a different level of service.

Having heard enough, we arrived at the hotel for 3 hours, completely agreed with her and went for lunch to the dining room "gas chamber" - this is a room on the street, which is fenced with some kind of twigs, the dining room is constantly dirty, the floor is sticky, the tables are in the remnants of food, it is very hot , from ventilation only hanging fans on poles, which disperse the hot air in the dining room and in no way cool it. The next most interesting thing is food. It is declared as AL. There is no food, scarce, not always fresh food, often vegetables and meat are burnt (Meat is generally a huge rarity, tourists even fought for it, because if you didn’t come on time, you will sit hungry, and if you can call it meat - soy cutlets, sticks, sometimes there was a chicken). Once or twice they gave fish, local, not bad for a change. For a side dish: pasta that is impossible to eat, they were forever in some kind of soy sauce, rice (or cereals) was the only thing that could be chewed.
The menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is always the same. Salads: cucumbers, tomatoes, onions. Eggplant - constantly burnt (photo attached). Peppers are normal. Sausage is the cheapest soybean. Cheese - well, you can gnaw. Breakfast was cereal with milk - the only thing that pleased. Store bought eggs - although there were chickens and sheep running around in the backyard of the hotel. There are also chickens running around the hotel. It is not clear whose they are, but not the essence. Drinks are the same, wine was brought in limited quantities, we never had time for lunch for it, it simply dissolved. Diluted cola, wrote about coffee, tea is nothing, you can drink. Fruits - it would seem that Turkey should be a lot, yes, a lot and tasty, but not in our hotel ! ! ! All the fruits that were given at the hotel, oranges, unripe plums and sometimes watermelon. Everything else we bought outside the territory and ate in the room. Delicious peaches - per kg $1, grapes $2, figs $1, strawberries $2, blackberries $2, avocados $2.
Some poor people lined up for the dining room 10-20 minutes before opening, I'll tell you, watching from the balcony - a sad sight, and all because if you arrive late, you will be hungry. We always came half an hour before the end of breakfast, lunch or dinner. At this time, food was added, the bulk has already resolved and you eat calmly. Once we decided to go at the very beginning of lunch - we stood at the iron gate for 5 minutes, we stood first and watched as the staff, including the cook, watched the hungry crowd and laughed when these doors opened, the poor people almost demolished everything that was on their way to get to the food first. And the Turks, looking at all this, stood and neighed like in a zoo over animals. It's just crazy, I've never seen anything like it. Once we decided to go for a coffee break. It didn't take long to find where he was.
We scored, went to the pool and then saw how trays with some sweets were being brought from the dining room (then we didn’t know what sweets were, so of course we went for our portion), after standing in line at the bar for 20 minutes, there were only enough sweets for children, here is such a service. Later we met a lot of people who were shocked by this holiday, the tour operators promised one thing, they told us beautifully and sweetly, but in fact it turned out like this. Once again I urge, read the reviews, do not grab the tickets right away ! ! ! For the money that we paid, as we were later told by local travel agents, we could have had an order of magnitude better vacation. And that our hotel has always been 3rd. I wouldn't even give him a three. Next room, we came to the reception, they gave us the keys and said the 4th floor. No one even offered to help with the suitcase, we had a huge one. Naturally, we said to give us someone to help.

(Earlier we counted reviews before departure and vacationing tourists also told us to give a normal room, you need to pay $ 10-20) We decided that we overpaid enough for this nightmare and did not change anything, took the keys and went. We got a normal room, the view was on the second building, the mountains (as well as the sea, a pleasure that does not depend on the hotel) and the sea. For 10 days in the room, they only wiped the floors and threw out the garbage, and even then not always (in this we were lucky, so to speak, there were often scandals at the reception that someone was not cleaned at all), the bed linen was not changed. We had to go and ask for towels ourselves. The water was almost always hot. The room was: TV with Russian channels (TNT, STS, 1), (really saved in the heat of the day), refrigerator and air conditioning (which was constantly dripping). We did not sit at the hotel, because there is nothing to do there.
Or they were at the sea, went to take pictures on a wild beach, where they saw normal hotels with decent sunbeds, an equipped beach, etc. , which, by the way, is constantly cleaned. Where special entries into the sea were made. All this was, but not with us. In the evening we walked the streets, bought fruit, local wine, water (at the hotel, water is poured into coolers from the tap), soda and juices. This is the first time we have bought something like this. Previously, they were in Turkey, Egypt, they never went beyond the territory of the hotel, there was enough of everything, they ate and drank. They sell a lot of sweets, we have already taken home with us. In our hotel they gave sweets such that Sabaka would not eat. Teas are different, medicinal, just flavoring, a lot of different things. Very cheap and tasty freshly squeezed juice - 2 glasses $1 is an orange. $2 is a coconut, also delicious. I also tried pomegranate - very rich, not to be compared with purchased ones. Ice cream 3 scoops $1.
We still tried corn on the beach, sweet, tasty, ripe, incomparable to Russian. It also costs $1 1 ear. Drank Turkish coffee in a cafe, after coffee in a hotel, it was divine. There was nothing from the seafood at the hotel, we ate it on an excursion on the Maldives yacht. The only joy for the whole holiday. This is where our fun ended and we began to count the days until departure and hope that the flight would be rescheduled earlier.
