В отеле регулярно обворовывают постояльцев! The hotel regularly rob guests!

It was a nightmare! The towel at the hotel was changed instead of the promised "every three days" only on the last day. It was all in small spots, judging by the color, it was not washed off blood! Rooms are cleaned every day, BUT the staff understands cleaning as just replacing the garbage bag in the toilet! They haven't vacuumed once all week! I doubt very much that the bedding is generally changed before settling in....Hot water, without which we are not accustomed to living, appeared somewhere closer to 3-4 hours of the day... the rest of the time it was not like summer, it was rather cold. . .
Meals are far from "All inclusive" and even more so from 3 *. There was practically no meat. For 7 days, only a couple of times they gave a chicken. Nothing meaty for breakfast! No sausages, no sausages with scrambled eggs. . . There was a loaf and jam, boiled eggs, cheese, olives (too spicy for breakfast), cucumbers and tomatoes. For dinner on the last day they gave sticky pasta with sprats !!!
And the most "best" memory of the whole holiday was that our room and another one were robbed!!!!! ! During lunch, they pulled out all the money from the wallets !! ! The staff put a spoke in every possible way so that we would not find out who was the culprit. They didn’t give a phone to call the police, the cameras looked at a completely different time of the day, or even at night !!!! ! the desired period (from 13 to 14) no one looked at all! It also turned out that on the 3rd floor, where the rooms were robbed, there are either no cameras at all, or they are broken!!!!!

After the scandal and the demand to give me a phone so that I could call the police myself, the son of the hotel owner dialed something on his mobile, after which two men in uniform appeared at the hotel, hugged him, laughed, drank some water, and, without doing anything, left!!!!! ! Later, there was (according to them) a forensic scientist who looked more like a stripper in disguise than a policeman! He took one print, assured that there was nothing there, because it was not clear, and left in the same way.
When I asked to call the hotel guide, they gave me a figurehead! ! The man introduced himself as a guide, and said that there was no point in doing anything. After the already rude treatment and my demands to appear to write a statement, he agreed to come, but he never came! The next day it turned out that the guide did not talk to us at all!!!!!!
The real guide also refused to help until the embassy pressed him!!!!
After all this hype, the staff and the owner of the hotel behaved towards us dismissively! The owner didn't even apologize!
We were blamed for everything, despite the fact that the money was stolen directly from the hotel room (and obviously it was not without staff).
